King K. Rool vs King Pig
“A crown is merely a hat that lets the rain in"
-Frederick the Great
King K. Rool, the ruthless leader of the Kremlins and arch nemesis to Donkey Kong
King Pig, the gluttonous ruler of the bad piggies and biggest enemy of the Angry Birds
Living on islands where nothing happens around you sounds like a very peaceful time. But try your best to protect your valuable objects, or food because these evil gluttonous kings are here after them. The Kong Family, and the Angry Birds better be ready cause these kings are gonna gather their entire army to get the items that they want (The bananas, and eggs). Which king will get their most valuable prize first before each other in a DEATH BATTLE?
Before we begin…
We’ll be using pretty much nearly everything on both sides. K Rool will get stuff from all Donkey Kong games he was in, the 90s show, spin offs and more. King Pig will also get all stuff from Angry Birds games, movies, cartoons, various spin offs and crossover games as well, Angry Birds by itself doesn’t really has any specific canon per say, and in a way everything Rovio was involved with in relation to Angry Birds is canon, they even seem to make an entire Multiverse around that fact:
(Yeah we’re starting off a bit wild already)
Take it as a situation quite identical to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles or Scooby Doo Matchups (or at least, the usual take on their Matches) where all of these versions are being combined into one (plus like, cmon, it's Angry Birds, it’s one of the franchises where you needed to be concerned about the canon the least).
This is also gonna be an army fight so buckle up folks!
Background
King K. Rool
(Bio made by Mav)
“I've been waiting a long time for this moment. Soon, Donkey Kong and his pretty little island... will be no more!”
Kong Isle is a peaceful island filled with the most memorable crew such as Donkey Kong, Diddy Kong, Cranky Kong, etc, until suddenly a certain green crocodile came aboard to the island and caused a lot of chaos. His name is King K. Rool, after successfully defeating Diddy, the crocodile finally had it all until DK (Stand for Donkey Kong) came to the rescue, saved Diddy, got the bananas back, and stopped K Rool’s plans. After his defeat K Rool developed a huge vendetta against DK and his crew.
After his first known
defeat, K Rool has now planned a new strategy, and a new ego known as “Kaptain
K Rool”. He sends his army to kidnap DK
in order for the Kongs to give up the banana hoard in order to save him. Unfortunately
for him the plan hasn’t worked and ended up with him getting punched by an
angry DK, and his isle destroyed. He also has been betrayed by his very strong
minion Klubba for being cruel to him and most of the Kremling Krew.
After the events of his 2nd defeat, he has a new persona named “Baron K Roolenstein”, who was actually replaced by a robot named KAOS who helped capture DK, and Diddy, which caused Dixie, and the youngest of kongs Kiddy Kong to save them. Even with his advanced army, and robot KAOS the kongs still prevailed at the end. This wasn’t the end just yet….
After 3 (Or 5-6 if
you add the Land games in) defeats K Rool has had enough, and becomes very
unstable even threatening his own army if they fail him yet again or even kill
them if they don't obey him. He now
plans on creating a weapon with his crew that is designed to destroy Kong Isle
called the Blast-O-Matic, while waiting for it’s development he captured and
imprisoned every kong except DK in his lair to stop them from foiling his
greatest plan. Despite any warnings from his crew that it hasn’t been tested
yet and could even kill them if it exploded, K Rool still hasn’t cared and
still demands to fire it. After the Blast-O-Matic fortunately got shut down by
the kong family, K Rool finally faced the kong family in a boxing brawl,
towering them with his huge height. Despite his good efforts he failed yet
again and was sent flying by Funky Kong’s boot bazooka.
But despite all of
the failures K Rool will still always manage to come back, visit, and do
whatever heinous acts no matter how many times the kongs foil his plan. Such as
stealing the Crystal Coconut, the Prize Medals Etc. The kremling king has a lot
of plans to make the kong family’s lives miserable.
Though the mystery
with the war hasn’t been confirmed, there was a brief origin where he, and
Cranky were actually friends in the TV show once until an unfortunate situation
where K Rool cheated in a contest between the two called “Balancing on the
Wings of a Flying Plane”. After that the friendship ended which might’ve been
the reason for the beef between him and the kongs.
No matter what, K rool is a very strong foe and has a formidable army that
would give the kongs a hard time. He is one tough Kruel Kroc!
King Pig
(Bio made by Mav)
"Now for today's agenda, I would think some boisterous yelling, some egg-stealing."
In the middle of nowhere, the wonderful Piggy Island resides. The inhabitants of which were many different species of birds living in harmony awaiting the hatching of their eggs, or that was until a certain species of green arrived wreaking havoc. These pigs were all under the command of their nefarious leader, the large King Pig (AKA Smooth Cheeks).
While we don’t know the exact details of their history, King Pig is presumed to be the heir to the piggy kingdom, which once meeting the birds, were all obsessed with one universal goal. Steal their delicious eggs, and they would countless times, each time infuriating the Angry Birds to come rescue their precious eggs each and every time.
No matter the circumstance, the pigs would always keep up with their despicable schemes, each one getting more and more convoluted and grand in scheme, from racing, to attempting to use magic, to at several points reaching a conflict on a cosmic scale adventure. Yet all the times, the incompetence and greed from the hungry pigs would always result in every plan of theirs being monumental against the efforts of the determined Angry Birds.
Experience/Skill
King K Rool
K Rool is one of the most formidable foes DK has fought. Capable of leading his entire army and been through multiple egos, to a pirate, scientist, boxer etc. He also plays baseball which gives him good sportsmanship. He created many vehicles such as the K Kruizers, Knautilus, and the K Rool mobile. His army also participated with him in Sluggers, and even played roles in being goalkeepers, in Strikers (which is basically violent soccer). He can also fight dirty, capable of fooling DK thinking he defeated him after the credits until he surprises him to fight again. He even managed to fool the entire kong family in an election in the DK cartoon. K Rool may look like a pushover but with stunts like these, this croc is gonna put up one hell of a battle!
King Pig
While King Pig may seem like an actual buffoon, in which yes he is but don't underestimate how tactical and battle smart he is. King Pig has faced his feathery foes for many years, whether he's a Sith Lord, a Decepticon, a Wrestler, or a Detective. King Pig has thought of many plans and Tactics to use against the Birds, he's almost always hatching a new plan of attack. He's also good at leading his piggies into fights and battles, and he always makes sure his forces come with destruction and an abundance of artillery. He's also good at tricking the birds with his tactics, such as when he tricked all of Bird Island into trusting the pigs so they could steal all of the eggs on the island. Overall don't think you can defeat this Piggy overlord for long, because he never knows when to give up.
Weapons/Equipment/Tools
King K. Rool
Crown
Despite being just a crown K Rool uses it as a weapon by throwing it like a boomerang at his enemies.

Of course King Pig has a crown fit for a pig. Yeah it's not the most stylish crown but it shows off his Power and royalty. Without it, most of his piggies will confuse him for a normal swine.
Tinfoil Hat
Apparently this is just as good as a normal crown.
Various Hats and Helmets
Lose your crown? Need to match the environment? Not to worry! King Pig has various Hats, helmets and armor to make up for it! And he always makes sure it's just as good as the real thing.
Slingshot
One of the most iconics weapons used for the birds and pigs to send them flying
Fortresses
When you're fighting against the deadliest flock in the Lands, you need the best protection in the kingdom. Well…good enough protection.
Ghost Bricks
These bricks are square, translucent and support structures like normal fortresses. But what's different is that they're..well..Ghost bricks. They're invulnerable to most physical damage, even TNT. Not even the Birds abilities can destroy these bricks. What exactly are they made of? According to Mighty Eagle they're made of pure ectoplasm “that is supposed to exude from the body of a medium during a spiritualistic trance and form the material for the manifestation of spirits.”
Cardboard Cutouts
The Birds have defeated the pigs, but oh no! King Pig has escaped! He used a cardboard cutout to fool the birds into thinking they defeated him right then and there…sorry guys, your pig is in another castle!
Bubbles
Being an intergalactic space ruler is pretty cool huh, unfortunately it's so cool you need bubble shields to prevent you from becoming a pig popsicle in the depths of space.

Dynamite
It's a stick of dynamite. It blew up a snowman.

It also has power draining properties since it was draining power from the entire Piggy Island. It can also immensely amplify power as it did to Megatron above.

King K Rool
Gangplank Galleon
K Roo;’s main transportation for traveling in the seas with his kremling army. It is loaded with cannonballs

Kaos
K Rool’s biggest invention was created with his wife’s pans and pots to restore the kremling team. This giant jet robot controlled by him can fly, shoot bombs right out of his head, and even summon one of its heads to zap its enemies. It is equipped with boxing gloves and blades. This is certainly Rool’s amazing invention. Note: This invention was powered up by DK and Diddy so it might not be usable in this fight unfortunately.)

K Rool’s giant blimp that can shoot out rockets.
Necky Ships
Ships designed like neckies are run by gnawties. They can shoot out cannonballs.

In Angry Birds Go! King Pig is able to throw Minion Pigs at other racers, and he can fly over the track using balloons.
UFO
One of the many tools the king uses to fight the birds in space, this UFO is perfect for flying around the cosmos. It is equipped with a series of claws, perfect for swatting, blocking, and grabbing. He can also create portals.
UFO Tank
One of his other vehicles from his cosmic frontier, King Pig’s UFO tank can survive damage from any of the birds, only being able to be damaged by the boulder ammunition that it fires out of bubbles from the tank’s two cannons.
Submarine
King Pig’s submarine from his space adventures. It is a typical craft made with transportation more than combat, but it is heavily armored, being unable to be damaged by most birds (though there are notable exceptions such as Terrence)
Submarine (again)
Sometimes slingshots can only take you so far, you need a large submarine for further travel. Thankfully this Submarine is filled with many useful rooms and devices to help both the pigs and the birds.
Brass Hog UFO
The final space machination King Pig used to battle the space birds, this UFO is stronger than his other space vehicles and it also comes with a multitude of claws.

TIE Fighter
From the classic Star Wars series, the TIE Fighters work exactly the same as its original counterpart. This screaming ship can boost through the cosmos with ease and is capable of firing laser blasts to fry enemies.
AT-AT
Need a large machine to travel through the icy planet Hoth? The AT-AT is a large vehicle that can travel through the cold climate and ram through whatever is in its way!
AT-ST
Like a mini AT-AT, the AT-ST can also ram through enemies, but its lasers offer a much better range to fry opponents.
The Pork Star
The biggest and most powerful weapon the Pork Side has, it can casually destroy ships, planets, even Universes.

K Rool can shoot out lighting bolts from his hands here.

power
King Pig
Note: The abilities for the pigs should apply for King Pig since they are pretty much the same species and share the same physical attributes.
Teamwork
Despite their idiocy, the Pigs are a well knit unit. They typically work in swarms and operate plenty of machinery together with no real issue. Numbers seem to be their greatest strength.
Immortality
Whenever a Pig ‘dies’ and gets poofed from existence as we see in the games, they don’t actually die, they’re being transported back to their home base ready for more action; although it seems that under odd circumstances they may be teleported to the white room from Piggy Tales. Luckily taking some medicine from Dr. Pig transports them back to the world. Pigs can seemingly also ignore dying in a confrontation, Darth Moar survived his encounter by being “So Angry, it kept him alive."
Regeneration
These pigs can come back from any physical damages that could have killed them such as getting burnt to crisp (as seen above), blowing up from rockets, and come back after their whole body disappeared from existence.
Teleportation
As shown above, King Pig and his minions are capable of teleporting to different locations
Hammerspace
As shown in the image above the pigs can pull items out of air
Fourth Wall Abilities
King Pig as seen above can interact with the
readers and also gamers.
Non-Physical Interaction

Force Abilities
Of course being a master force used, Piglatine is rather experienced with its more powerful properties. Like Telekinesis, Force Barriers and for KP himself? Force Lightning.
Transformers Abilities
The Birds and the Pigs really got their work cut out when they became Transformers, it also came with super cool abilities for each bird in disguise. Megatron Pig can fire two shots of purple blasts, and when hitting an object or something part of the environment; it'll materialize black holes that will pull every block and pig in its vicinity. The only Downside is the reload…

Army
King K Rool
Kremling Krew
(Bio by Dick with the D)
K Rool’s own evil organization and army against the kongs, the team of K Rool consist of:
Kritters
K Rool’s main iconic soldiers and common enemies to the kongs, these guys come with a lot of variety, and have access to a lot of K Rool’s equipment such as Klap Blasters, many different types of barrels, Sluggers & Barrel Blasts items, Crystal bananas that can grant them many transformations etc. They’re very strong, capable of launching multiple characters in strikers through the air with one kick. They’re very durable, capable of taking multiple charged striker balls to the face, tanking lighting, and surviving many blows from DK and crew. These guys have participated in many sports such as baseball and soccer. They’re also been many different types of kritters such as:
● Rockkrock: Pretty much possessed zombie like Kritters who are basically invincible to any attack, and could camouflage as real rocks.
● Kops: Kritters who are just cops.
● Krossbones: Skeletal Kritters that attack by swinging their bone club at enemies
● Shroom: Kritters disguised as mushrooms
● Kritter-In-A-Sheet: Kritters who wore ghost costumes to sneak behind their enemies.
Klaptraps
K Rool’s chompy kremlings that love to bite anyone who gets towards them. they would love to eat, or chomp anything. They're a lot of species of them including their bigger ones. They can also drive vehicles, so watch out!
Krusha
K Rool’s main buffy brutes who are so strong that a kong’s (with an exception to DK) normal attack won’t do anything to them. They are also physically superior to Diddy, and Dixie. They could even get angry if actually hit. They should be comparable to DK considering one can give him a good fight in the manga.
Klumps
This kremling is the right hand man of K Rool, and is the second-in-command of the kremling krew. These guys have helmets to protect themselves from any damage to their head, and a cannon in their new pirate personas “Kannons” that can shoot out barrels, and cannonballs. Their bulky body can protect themselves against the kongs normal attacks, and can throw out orange grenades. They are also strong enough to knock Diddy out and shove him in a barrel. They should have access to all the equipment from Barrel Blast.
Zingers
The common bees of the Donkey Kong Country series. These guys should have all the physiology of a bee or wasp. They have spikes around their body capable of harming the kongs. They could even throw out grenades at their enemies. There are many different variations of these bees such as:
Yellow Zinger: Pretty much a common Zinger that can pretty much do what’s said above.
Red Zingers: Pretty much invulnerable Zingers
Mecha Zingers: cybernetic zingers that can fly with propellers instead of wings and could throw out orange grenades.
Gnawties
K Rool’s common cute little beavers. They have ships that resemble neckies, and there are some that could run on milestones to crush enemies.
Barrel Krocks
K Rool’s barrel bumping kremlings that try to knock the enemy off the platform. They consists of:

Scaling
King K. Rool
DK Crew
The kongs are K Rool’s biggest enemies. He should scale to all of them since he frequently fights them a lot, and proves to be a match to them. The kongs have pretty good feats and scaling such as:
● Donkey Kong, & Diddy Kong both punched/headbutted the moon (33.65 gigatons & Mach 38.764)
● Dixie, & Kiddy can dodge lighting
● DK and Diddy reacted to attacks and obstacles while riding through the asteroid belt
● Diddy flew into outer space in seconds (Mach 58.3)
● Chunky Kung can pick up a boulder with relative ease
Mario & the other star children
While the only appearance K Rool made with Mario is in a baseball game, he still rivals with Donkey Kong fairly evenly, and is usually considered the tougher of the 2, Donkey Kong meanwhile is basically “muscles” among the star children, barring only with Bowser and maybe Wario. This should mean K Rool should scale to all feats that were done by Star Children and other creatures they have fought, such as:
● Wario shakes Mt. Lava Lava (1 megaton of TNT)
● Mario, Peach and Mallow part a cloud (24.49 gigatons of TNT)
● Yoshi launched Raphael Raven into the far reaches of space turning him into a constellation. (Star level)
● Wario tanked an explosion that split the clouds (18 kilotons)
● Wario tanked the destruction of Black Jewel’s dimension (Debatable)
● The gang managed to outrun and survive a black hole that seemingly spun galaxies (Debatable)
● Mario & Co survived the destruction of Sammer’s kingdom which is a universe. (Debatable)
● Giant Bowser punches a castle around the world (2.7 teratons of TNT & 0.02 c)
● Bowser can tank multiple black holes.
● The Black Hole Bowser survived in Galaxy 1 was destroying the universe (Debatable)
● Super Star‒boosted character sends Metal Bowser flying far into space (0.02 c)
● Mario and Luigi move at comparable speed to sunlight (1.43 c)
● Mario crosses World 5 (76 trillion c - 27 quadrillion c)
● Millenium Star, travels from the center of the universe to the mushroom Kingdom. (880 quadrillion c)
Rosalina & Lumas
While K Rool & his army hasn’t fought Rosalina before, Mario interacted with her, and fought people comparable to her such as Bowser. She also should be comparable to her lumas too who also have many good feat
Rosalina has:
● Shielded the blast that threaten the fabric of the universe (Debatable)
● Rosalina can kick a football to another planet and back. (52.04c-382.17c)
●
Lumas
can transform into actual galaxies (Galaxy)
Power & Grand Stars
While K Rool hasn’t appeared in the Galaxy games, Mario & Luigi who he should be comparable to or even stronger than have both fought enemies who were powered up by grand stars and power stars before. The feats for them are:
● Power Star forms a constellation (7.62 Foe)
● Grand Stars can power up Bowser’s Galaxy Reactor to the point where it can create galaxies
MegaBug
This thing fought Mario & Co, likewise by scaling to Mario characters through Donkey Kong, King K Rool should be able to scale
● SupaMerge Vortex corrupted and distorted the Mushroom Kingdom's world
● would eventually become more powerful than anyone in the Mushroom Kingdom and destroy the world forever
○ Stronger than the rabbids who could perform various feats, such as:
○ Rabbid Kong smashed through a bunch of blocks
○ Rabbid Kong made a shockwave
○ The Rabbid made a shockwave (6.39 petatons)
Wizpig
While K Rool hasn't fought him, one of his arch enemies Diddy, and his minion Krush has fought him (In race albeit but still harmed Wizpig with weapons that was used against them, and other racers). Wizpig performed various feats, such as:
● Flew into Future Funland in a short timeframe.
● Survive his rocket exploding point blank on his planet (453 gigatons)
● Claimed to have destroyed planets
Misc
Throughout Mario history there are plenty of enemies that the cast have fought against, plants, undead and even gods of sorts in a way. Though some of them are some of the toughest foes in franchise’s history, overall they should be equal to them. These includes various foes and their feats, such as:
● King Boo created a portal that was gonna destroy the universe if Luigi haven’t closed it
● Count Bleck destroyed his home universe (Debatable)
● Culex himself stated that he sees Mario & Co Three Dimensional and can consume time (Debatable)
● Black Jewel created a dimension which was stated to be a parallel universe. (Debatable)
●
Dribble and Spitz piloted their taxi to the edge of the
universe while dodging lasers. (3.79
quadrillion c)
King Pig
Angry Birds
Pretty self-explanatory. Pigs’ main and biggest rivals are birds they are stealing eggs from. Although mainline games usually consist of birds killing pigs, quite often not only Pigs’ technology and architectures are capable of tanking the force of their ram, but in some of the side medias, like cartoon shows or spin off games, Pigs, including Smoothy Cheeks himself, have shown to be fairly even with Birds in power. Whether it be in terms of fighting against each other, or even racing against each other. As a matter of fact, in Angry Birds Star Wars 2, there is an option to join the pork side and play as pigs in their story, where pigs are the one who are murdering birds, fun. Overall history shows Pigs and Birds as rivalry that is way too far from being one sided, and therefore Pigs should scale to practically most if not all feats they perform, such as:
● Terrence makes the Earth shake (2,055,449 yottatons)
● Space Terrence hits Uranus really hard hehe
● Bomb is comparable to the force of a Trillion Hydrogen Bombs. (100 Exatons of TNT)
● Red runs from a mountain (Mach 1)
● Red goes to the moon (0.42 c)
● The Blues are able to fly around Uranus
● Chuck stated he could travel faster than the speed of light.
● Chuck was also able to escape a black hole after a statement saying not even light could escape a black hole.
● Space Red can see and fly to hogs that he is capable of detection from 3 Parsecs (85,772 c - 171,545 c)
● By using Slingshot Chuck was able to cross The entire Milky Way in a short time frame (38.61 million с - 1.11 trillion c)
● Chuck spins around the world fast enough to time travel (Debatably Immeasurable) (BTV)
● Chuck was stated to reach such speeds, that space & time warp in his wake, as well as being able to arrive to his destination before he's left it (Immeasurable)
● The birds could move and destroy the phone that was containing their universe (Debatably Universal)
● Space Bomb can create explosions that can shake the entire universe, practically being a Big Bang as statement itself says (Universal)
● Destroyed the pork star, a weapon so powerful, it can blow up the entire universe (and therefore tank its destruction) (Universal)
Weaknesses
King K. Rool
In spite of being a force to reckon with for the kongs, even a king has his downsides. K. Rool in particular, despite his vast arsenal, is still a very straightforward fighter and rarely applies his abilities in creative ways, allowing smarter opponents to get the jump on him. Of course, befitting of his status, he’s also very arrogant, often underestimating the kongs and letting himself get defeated because of that.
King Pig
Despite a lot of showing from him and his army, King Pig is not unstoppable. A lot of builds will completely topple with enough force and precision. However, the king’s biggest flaws are his ego and his sheer stupidity. The latter applies to his minions as well. They are duped fairly easily, turn on each other more than you would think, and cannot recognize their king if he is not wearing his crown (though wearing just about any hat seems to do the trick in its place). Without command over his subjects, he loses a lot of what’s generally available to him. While he isn’t completely helpless by himself, you’d be hard pressed to say that he can do much.
Before the Verdict
Does K Rool scale to Mario & Co?
To answer the question, yes he obviously does. While K Rool hasn’t fought Mario in the games he has fought him and Luigi in the manga with him literally beating down Luigi while he was disguised as Mario showing that he should be comparable to the crew. Even without the manga K Rool should still scale to the crew since he can fight on par with DK and his Kong family over the years, even strong enough to fight nearly all of the Kong family in a 1v1 boxing ring. And there is no reason to assume Kongs in their own games are weaker or some separate versions from the mainline Mario games. The very first Donkey Kong Country game and its character - Cranky Kong, explicitly reference the very first appearance of Mario and Donkey Kong at all…that being Donkey Kong (game) obviously. Diddy Kong and Funky Kong are also basically characters who originate from Donkey Kong games, yet exist in lots of spin offs, most notably Mario Party and Mario Kart. As a matter of fact, Donkey Kong’s jungle aesthetics which originally started with DK Country games, also appear within Mario spin offs throughout multiple locations (whether it be for Mario Kart races or Mario Party’s tabletop games). All in all obviously Kongs that are in Mario games are the same as Kongs in their own games, this shouldn’t be that much of a complicated debate and even from a casual perspective is something that is pretty much common sense. That aside, there is also no reason to assume Donkey Kong and his crew hold back against K Rool or something of identical sorts. K Rool is obviously Kong’s biggest threat, and quite consistently K Rool is actually portrayed as physically superior, given he managed to catch Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong in second and third country games, along with the fact that it took teamwork of 5 Kongs exploiting K Rool’s weak points to beat him in a boxing ring. He is, after all, a rival who tips the scale, and not just a small threat.
Overall not scaling K Rool to Mario & Co is rather a lot more contradictory than scaling, and practically has no reasoning other than purposefully holding him back.
Immeasurable Angry Birds??
This topic is pretty simple & a bit complicated at the same time even if it may surprise some of the readers here. But let’s go step by step. As even basic people who played Angry Birds once know about Chuck, the yellow bird who is fastest in the flock. Basically a speedster of the series who even has a specific power to speed himself up to become really fast in terms of travel speed. Chuck has plenty of feats where he goes super really fast, but there are also 2 feats where his speed reaches an entirely new level. First one is a statement from one of the Angry Birds’ guidebooks that expands more on its lore, when it reaches to birds during their space adventures it states that Chuck can arrive to his destination before he's left it, obviously it is impossible to perform such speed feat in a measurable time frame, it requires him to travel illogically fast, in no time frame at all.
But of course that one is a statement, with so much characters getting this fast through some lore statements/shenanigans you’d want to see some action as well besides the words, in which case Chuck does actually has another feat, where he spins around the planet so fast he went backwards in time. This one is also, very obviously, a feat that is impossible to measure in terms of speed, which supports the statement from the guidebook. This also isn't the first time when Chuck performs or at least was said to perform such incredibly fast speed feats, he was also stated to be faster than light and fast enough to escape black holes, which not even light is capable of escaping, one time Chuck was even able to travel across the milky way galaxy via slingshot so it’s not like there are any considerable limits to Chuck’s speeds. Now some may argue that the earth spinning feat may be done through good ol “Speed of light travel causes time travel” like in, say, some Superman medias, or some other similarly cartoons that at least throw that statement, but it realistically shouldn’t be the case here, Chuck clearly performed this feat with sheer speed, and it never was stated in Angry Birds universe that “Speed of light travel” causes such things to happen, it is a lot more reasonable for Chuck to be just, this cartoonishly fast, especially when guidebook solidifies Chuck being illogically fast.
Bigger question here perhaps is whether pigs scale to Chuck, answer to which is…most likely yes. Chuck does not blitzes pigs as if they all are slowpokes for him, even when going all out in speed, and pigs have shown to physically best him, or even dodge an attack when he was actually charged up and obviously was serious. If not pigs to Chuck then pigs to other birds and then to Chuck anyway, such as main bird of the flock - Red, with whom pigs did share moments of being equals with, and who from point to point was shown to be comparable to Chuck at least in some merit, such as one of the Slingshot competitions where Chuck and Red were competing for the entire night with each other and shown to be reasonably equal or even the very first episode of Angry Birds Toons - Chuck Time, did show Red being able to perceive Chuck despite not being able to travel as fast. Plus longtime Angry Birds fans probably already know Chuck himself, despite his speedster nature, isn’t actually the fastest bird in the flock - that would be Terrence who beated Chuck in the race…twice. This combined may not seem sufficient enough to everyone, but personally speaking it should ultimately be fine for Pigs to at least downscale all of Chuck’s feats and for his Immeasurable feats to be viable.
Angry Birds Transformers scaling
So I know what you're thinking. And no, Red isn't Hyperversal….he's just a LITTLE bit lower than that because Terrence should downscale since he was able to completely solo canon Unicron. (TERRENCE IS THAT GUY)
But seriously, Transformers scaling is a big factor in this debate. Even if you bought Uni Mario, this would completely overthrow that. But what makes us bring this up in the First place? Well if you don't know, the Eggspark that landed in the AB Universe is the Allspark from Transformers. The Allspark is an immensely powerful object in the Transformers universe, and the Birds/Pigs are able to use its power for themselves consistently. This would definitely justify any scaling you can argue for them, if they had anything to scale to-
The problem with the scaling is that we simply don't know if it's from the actual Transformers universe. There's simply no proof of us having a huge scaling chain between the Pigs and the Transformers other than maybe Unicron Pig (Since Unicron is the same being in every universe.) but that's the only argument you could make. You could maybe make the connection of it being canon to IDW Transformers since the comics themselves are IDW, but again there's just nothing to justify the scaling. If there was confirmation or statements about the universes then possibly, but we couldn't really find one-

Summary
King K Rool
“Imbecile! I don’t like failure - do you know what happens to failures?”
Advantages:
● Better combat skills
● More consistently smarter
● If higher Mario scaling is bought, is stronger
● Faster with finite ends
● Crystal Coconut is a pretty good win condition which King Pig has no counters to
● Can potentially play dirty and fool King Pig’s army by stealing his crown
● Boos
● Return to Krockodile Isle slaps hard
Disadvantages:
● Can’t kill King Pig and his army
● Less hax
● Sealing gets countered by the pigs teleporting
● Slower with infinite ends for King PIg
● Worser army in terms of numbers variety, and abilities
● He and his army have no counters to Age hax, EMPs, size changing, transmutation and existence erasure with the pigs numerous weapons and abilities.
● Worser teamwork
● Loses hard if limited to DK country feats
● DK Country cartoon
● Hasn’t appeared in a new DK game since 2008
King Pig
Advantages:
● As strong, if not far stronger without high-scale Mario feats
● Way faster with infinite ends
○ And on top of that, if K Rool is not given Mario scaling (for one reason or another), King Pig just wins
● Much, much, bigger and varied army
○ With the capability of occupying places the majority of Kremlings weren’t in, like space.
● Due to Pigs’ regeneration and immortality it is practically impossible for K Rool to actually kill even a single Minion Pig, let alone King Pig and every single other pig.
● Way more haxes to use against K Rool, some of which can incapacitate and/or kill him and his minions immediately
● The Pork Star can instantly destroy almost, if not all of K Rool’s infantry.
● Pigs are more prone to teamwork and general work in groups, especially with some of the more competent Pigs in the infantry.
● Bad Piggies is one of the most iconic mobile games.
Disadvantages:
● Weaker with Mario’s highest ends and without Angry Birds’ highest ends
● Slower with finite ends
● Crystal Coconut is one of the more powerful tools King Pig may not be able to counter
● Potentially if loses own crown, won’t be recognized by own Pigs (though there are multiple other hats he can wear in place of his crown which would work fine enough)
● Without minions is a lot worse in close quarters combat
● Despite having numerous intelligent, creative and strategic Pigs in his infantry, admittedly, King Pig himself along with basic minions is very stupid.
● Rovio really is in the mood to kill lots of Angry Birds games nowadays…
Verdicts
Oleggator
Brother, may I have some eggs
Ok but seriously this one is very cool MU, Angry Birds probably was part of many’s childhoods, mine included, so in a certain way it was quite nostalgic to look back at some of these games, which sadly may not be available to play anymore. Likewise, it’s quite crazy how obvious this MU is, like, Green rulers who steal food from their big rival? You probably can’t get any more obvious with that. And that not counting how cartoonishly spoiled these 2 are with how they are treating their own minions. The only actual problem perhaps could be the dynamic cause you may know pigs from Angry Birds only for standing inside of a building, but with so much media throughout years, I think this blog proves that pigs got a lot of stuff to show off, from various weapons, to their own large constructions they’ve built on several occasions, and lots more. With that being said, let’s get to this verdict.
First off - Stats. Now it’s a bit complicated here and there, there are not a lot of Uni Angry Birds arguments, but bare minimum Pork Star should be a weapon of universal destruction. At max if phone shenanigans are not cartoony enough bs to count as Uni, Bomb was still basically stated to make Big Bangs. Given pigs tank his explosions on a regular basis it's not hard to make an argument here, at least when it comes to all of their Uni stuff cause it was already English. Now on Mario’s side, well…As of recently, a lot of feats for that have been questioned. Not without a reason, it’s been quite awhile since plenty of arguments against it, whether it be VSBW’s collection of “Anti-Feats” or actually straight up direct problems with the feats themselves. I’m gonna cover the latter obviously, given Mario isn't a super consistent franchise when it comes to power scaling in the first place, though it does not lead to universal feats being good or bad, they pretty much have their own problems to talk about regardless. Why inside of my verdict and not BTV though? Well within this blog I probably am the only one who is against Uni or higher Mario in AP, so I’m fine with presenting it on my own, instead of the entire team’s opinion on that fiasco.
This is where it gets quite long, so buckle up. Special thanks for Extinction Event’s Paper Mario vs Yuu blog that managed to cover this subject in detail. For the record, not all arguments against these levels of power are written or quoted entirely here, only more “popular ones” so to speak. To look at all Uni or above Mario arguments and potential problems with them in all details it’s preferable to look at the arguments that are already presented in the aforementioned Paperyuu blog in detail, that being said I’m still gonna cover at least partially a solid amount of feats here and there. Let’s start with one of the more simple ones:
Wario World’s Black Jewel: The feat in question is Wario tanking destruction of a dimension via Black Jewel, which has a statement of it being a “universe”, the problem is however that it is only said in UK description and nowhere else, including the main source for these kinds of statement - Japan. The closest you get to the source is the fact that the entire description was done by publishers of the game, problem is however not only the fact that publishers don’t usually participate in making games, but also the fact that a statement at its core is given to us by Nintendo EU (not Japan which is the OG developers) way past the conception of the game, and given the non-mention or even hint of it being a Universe in every single other translation of the game makes this pretty much inaccurate description.
Black Hole Boogie Minigame: To quote from EE: “This minigame has Mario get consumed and spit out by a Black Hole & it also seems to move two galaxies in the background, seems simple, it’s Galaxy Mario, right? Well it’s not applicable for a few reasons: while traveling to the epicenter of a black hole, light becomes distorted in a process called spaghettification, meaning the galaxy in the background likely isn't actually being affected; it's just the distortion of light that makes it seem that way. As for things moving afterward, nothing proves that the cast is still upfacing after the experience, which would explain the reasoning for the background being angled in separate directions; so, the galaxy realistically wasn't affected and it’s just a weird perspective. On that note, it doesn't act like a black hole anyway, and we know black holes can be portals- which seems to be the intent since the loser after being swallowed INTO the black hole's epicenter; ends up somewhere random afterward. Moreover, even if we ignore all of that logic and STILL try to use the feat, the galaxy is being moved at MFTL+ speeds, E=MC^2 as a formula has never been addressed inside the verse & is inapplicable in this case, and it’s questionable to scale to, to begin with… due to y’know rocks inexplicably surviving the trip inside of it- LOL like at BARE MINIMUM that means the only things that were ‘destroyed’ were sucked into the Black Hole, so the Galaxy in a destructive capacity was never affected”
TL;DR Galaxies in question weren’t actually affected at all, but it is rather just a visual representation of spaghettification, as well as it does not act like a Black Hole in the first place, and given what enters it is not being destroyed but teleported as seen later on, chances are it is warp portal instead.
Sammer’s Kingdom: This feat essentially brings the question of cast scaling to The Void which destroyed this kingdom - there are several problems with it: Tippi demonstrates teleportation powers throughout the game that she has no control of (which conveniently saves them on a few occasions), they seem to just activate when needed. This suggests that Mario might not have even actually tanked the destruction, in fact everyone forgot how they even reached Flipside or what occurred. Moreover, even if he did tank it, the Void was destroying all dimensions over time, meaning he wouldn’t scale to the full output to begin with. The Void scaling in the first place brings the issue of Paper Mario & Co not being able to physically dent Count Bleck or Dimentio. Especially when there is a secret option where Void outright kills you, resulting in a game over; making this entire scaling to Sammer’s Kingdom “feat” a circular scaling, that heavily contradicts the events of the end game.
Dream Depot: Dreams seem to be also a part of Mario’s higher arguments. Such as a time when it was said Bowser was going to destroy the Depot under a pretty much vague timeframe (The Dream Depot being a collection of Dream Worlds). First off when it comes to speed we can’t really use surface area, as all that’s said is Bowser would fill / destroy the dream worlds by filling them with his dreams, (and eventually completely destroy the Depot realistically) which we don’t even have an idea of how he was going to do that, apparently just negativity alone was gonna affect it (which isn’t quantifiable in any way). Basic things we’d need to know like if he’d even have to move around to do it, if he was just going to do it with an AOE wave via magical means (which would only scale the diameter of the dimensions; surface area if it was applicable would get much higher), or really as to how he could have done it, he had various different means making it a guessing game which makes it extremely unreliable and even less valid for Surface Area. Though that aside, the only dream that has potential to be universal in size is a “Future Dream”, even though there was no addressment of the statement in the original Japanese language. There is also an argument of people using infinite hopes and dreams statement as an evidence for said Dream Depot being basically infinite, but said statement is for one, very obvious hyperbole, for two, is not really connected to Dream Depot, at least directly given that statement is from completely another game with a random NPC, which never really was addressed again.
Mario Galaxy’s Power Stars: To directly quote EE again: “Assuming we take this seriously and use the shrinking platform levels to argue that Power Stars made these black holes, we can't confirm it. All that happens afterward is they pop out when it dissipates. This poses another question: wouldn’t it scale to the black hole's output by being inside? Well, no. It's very concrete in Mario that black holes are more like warp holes (with the only real difference being the ending of Galaxy 1). We see that black holes, which look just like the ones in Galaxy, are how Bowser warps people around in Mario Party Superstars, and even in Galaxy itself, there are levels where literal water is completely fine coming out of a black hole and into another black hole. Even if it has force, it's very clearly not on the level of a normal black hole and is more like a gravity well that warps things.”
Megabug scaling and feat: This one is quite a troublesome feat as well, aside from its crossover-scaling nature. First off Mario & Rabbids in general was called out as a non-canon separate universe from Mario’s; And can only really probably apply to Rayman’s side, Nintendo themselves has never claimed the crossover is canon (and given they actually said the opposite, not even Miyamoto’s “Mario takes roles” statement saves the roll here given both parties are expressly stating the Mario Rabbids series isn’t canonical, ironically opposite of Shovel Knight’s Kratos scaling fiasco). Even if he did, however, the Megabug feat was only going to eventually destroy the ‘world’ (it’s pretty consistently brought up; it’s also clarified in Japanese they mean Universe) by self-amping itself… The Universe was never actually destroyed by its might because it never reached that level in the first place. And since never reached the point of universal destruction and the fact that Mario and co. struggled to hurt him to begin with; AND there being a statement about how no one in the Kingdom would be able to stop him at his peak, makes the overall argument for any potential scaling impossible to work.
Culex: Fraud, quite literally a fraud. “I consume Time & Space” stuff he spouts in the English version is a mistranslation (A quite common thing that happens when it comes to Nintendo localisations); not only does he not mention anything at all about affecting the cosmology, but he shows no reality-warping feats during the battle. Taking this guy at face value regardless would be weird. Even his “3D” form has no feats; he just gets thicker. Yeah that’s it.
King Boo’s Dark Moon Universal destruction: This one is pretty simple as a feat, with enough of the paranormal/ghost activity a dimension (which is a universe in question) will be collapsed. There are 2 notable problems however: It is an overtime feat, therefore the universe is not actually being collapsed immediately, but it is also a rather result of a chain reaction as it’s not a direct result of strength but rather a byproduct of the Ghosts gathering in one place, which practically is not possible to quantify even if you somehow consider this as legitimate scaling.
Mario 64’s paintings: The painting worlds, while containing stars, moons, and other celestial bodies, are never actually stated to be physically created by Bowser or the Power Stars. They're implied to have always existed as Painting Worlds. Bowser simply wanted to move his new kingdom into these paintings. In the manual, there’s one theory mentioned involving manipulating the real world, but there’s multiple theories given and they're all conflicting with each other and often outright wrong (aka nothing can prove they’re accurate). So basing off an argument for a feat that is based on one out of many given theories does not really work out as an argument. It's safe to say Bowser was not going to affect the real world or painting worlds.
Mario Bros 3’s sun: This one is mostly covering among other general Mario feats. When Mario hits the sun with a shell or Starman, all it does is fall straight down because it's defeated. Despite being called a sun, its destruction does not affect the planet, so it does not produce gravity, or affects the environment due to its disappearance or getting closer. Even basic cartoons (ala Despicable Me’s moon event, Looney Tunes, Tom & Jerry’s Disney cartoon’s several celestial bodies destruction, etc.) cover that subject slightly more realistically with their celestial bodies’ disappearance or appearance having a certain effect on the environment.
Luma’s Galaxy feats: These perhaps are some of the more reliable universal feats out of many, Lumas are stated to create galaxies by Rosalina, though without any known timeframe. To quote from EE: “ It's even clearer in the game that they never perform on this level, only ever really creating small planetoids. The few times a galaxy is "created" by a hungry Luma, it's never specified as such; it's always said that a galaxy appeared, showing a wormhole/gateway for Mario to fly into. The intent seems to be that it's just a portal to a galaxy; while I don’t advise using Prima Guides (due to their literal statement here), even if you do there’s dozens of different interpretations and MOST call it a Gateway to a New Galaxy. Also, galaxies in Mario Galaxy are often portrayed as WORLDS in a new Galaxy (rather than an actual new galaxy to begin with), they consist of small planetoids and nothing bigger. This ties nicely with Rosalina’s statement. If they make enough stars, it would naturally create a galaxy. In terms of actual Universe size, Galaxy 1 and 2 show that every world we visit with stars is super small.” Even something like the same Mario Bros 3 sun or Mario Maker 2 sun demonstrate a pretty common inconsistency for Mario when it comes to sizes of celestial objects, even in Galaxy games themselves all of the celestial bodies are portrayed as rather small constructs. Mario Galaxy 2 meanwhile suggests Galaxies being born, which contradicts the Mario Galaxy 1 method. Scaling wise there aren't really any examples of Mario tanking this force- which essentially means we have no scaling chain besides trying to upscale through Grand Stars. Quoting EE again: “Grand Star powering Bowser's 'Galaxy Reactor,' seems to just be stabilizing the reactor rather than powering it & there’s no real way to prove that it could release as much energy as a Luma in one go. Depowering the reactor should have just turned it off, but once it's removed, the reactor becomes unstable and forms a black hole.”. Given no one tanks the black hole as they (including The Big Bad, Bowser) required help from Rosalina to survive it in the first place, no one realistically should scale to it. While Galaxy 2’s generator was lacking a clear power source to scale to. Meaning feats/scaling in question shouldn’t work.
With this taken into consideration, I do think King Pig should be at minimum as strong if not stronger than K Rool, when it comes to speed though it depends entirely on your thoughts on scaling to Chuck who performed several Immeasurable feats, with them King Pig is a lot more faster, while without them K Rool has edge in speed. I myself think scaling to Chuck should be relatively fine, giving edge in speed to King Pig as well. So with that being cleared up, it should be an ez King Pig W, shouldn’t be it? Well let’s look at the issue with some benefit of the doubt. Let’s assume for the context of this fight Uni Mario is fine and K Rool is faster, how would it go then?
With which we should look at other factors of this fight - arsenal, armies and abilities obviously. Arsenal wise by themselves King Pig and K Rool carry mostly similar stuff, lots of mobility and some unique ways of hurting you in a different way, there are however some nuances, King Pig can get access to one of the guns that can just pop you out of existence, leaving nothing out of you, or with Eggspark King Pig could absorb living energy out of K Rool and any other kremling nearby to become more powerful. K Rool’s biggest ace is perhaps Crystal Coconut which can grant wishes. There are some issues here and there though, for one obvious fact is that K Rool haven’t used it as much as Kongs, so it does not belong to him normally and is rather Kong’s property that is protected. However wishes it did make shouldn’t cause King Pig so much trouble, given normally given wishes are pretty tame, chances are even if K Rool decides to go for Crystal Coconut immediately (which, he most likely won’t), wishes he would use are probably gonna be something tame. He does not possess the character of a vs debater to go immediately with something like “I wish for this guy to be erased from this timeline!” or something of an equivalent. More likely he will wish for something more tame like giving himself power, making himself invisible, all that stuff. But aside from arsenal there are also abilities and armies. They do correspond with each other a bit so let’s cover both.
Armies both have a lot of minions, a lot of ships, cars, planes and everything in-between, it is a very massive fight between the armies, where both have tons of weapons. The big deal however is that King Pig tipped the scale here. If Kremlings mostly operated within a planet, trying to conquer an island. Pigs went higher, they went off to space! And not just space, but an entire galaxy if not more. And it’s not just planets with the size of an average building or smaller like in Mario Galaxy’s “galaxies”, no, here we have actual planetary sized celestial objects pigs occupy if not Angry Birds Space, Angry Birds Star Wars is a large proof of that. So largely speaking, King Pig simply has waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay more pigs compared to K Rool’s kremlings. And it’s not like all pigs are dumbasses, there are numerous pigs in Angry Birds who are quite competent and intelligent beings (Chef Pig, Professor Pig, Leonard, Courtney, Garry, Mechanic Pig, Ross, list can go on), with their effort and numerous tools they’ve created, they have multiple ways of simply insta-killing their opponents in one way or another. Better yet, nothing really stops King Pig to pull off Pork Star and kill the majority if not all of the Kremlings, given again, they all are just on a single planet. Either by exploding their ships and islands, the Pork Star (like the original Death Star) can lower the scale to attack ships instead of just blowing up planets and universes or well, just exploding the entire planet and boom, all of the Kremlings and other minions are gone. There are also stuff like invisibility that can last forever meaning some pigs can do a sneak attack, spray that can literally turn anyone into a pig making them obedient to the pig’s side, time machine that can literally make Pigs travel back in time and use that for various advantages which unlike Mario with Baby Mario instance, Luigi with Baby Luigi instance, etc. K Rool hasn’t shown resistance to.
But obviously they have to pull all these advantages off before getting killed, K Rool and by extension his minions are faster after all, so what stops them from rushing through and eventually getting to King Pig? Here is where Pigs immortality and regeneration comes into play. Pigs simply can come back from nothing, have an entire personal afterlife where they just can come back from death again and again and again, in a consistent manner, pigs just have shown to come back from all sorts of damages including simply coming back from nothing. This applies not just to King Pig or average Pigs, but practically to every single pig in the Angry Birds universe. This means King K Rool really lacks meaning to kill even a basic minion pig, let alone thousands if not millions or more of Pigs carrying same immortality, from that moment even if you have King K Rool statstomping, at the end of the game, he would still only be stronger by a finite amount, and eventually one out of many haxxes of Pigs will hit K Rool at which point he just loses. King K Rool even with so much benefit of the doubt lacks an actual win condition (at best, stealing King Pig’s crown so pigs won’t be on his side anymore but not only it is utterly specific to the point that K Rool won’t have idea at all that he needs to do this, King Pig simply can just make a new one, he has plenty of hats here and there after all, to the point that even something simple as Tinfoil Hat counts. Plus I’d bet it is a lot more in character for Pigs to steal from Kremlings than vice versa), King Pig however has plenty of win conditions to which eventually he or majority of his minions will get to. This is 0 to 100 in Pigs favor.
Overall in this battle of egg-ttrition, as much as K Rool and Kremlings are strong and versatile foes, Pigs simply have more and more, by an insane magnitude, to the point that even if K Rool has edge in stats, he still lacks an actual conditions leading to victory, whereas King Pig doesn’t. King K Rool has a very powerful galleon on his side, but against King Pig, it is rather one of the rare moments when not even anger would save his country. The winner is King Pig.

Play Project Sekai btw, I think my addiction is pretty strong but whatever!!!
Sup, Yuki here. This matchup is really fun, and in this, I'll try to put pretty much my thoughts on who wins. I pretended to yap more but nobody cares! Let's get started.
When it comes to strength and durability, I'd say they're tied. At their peak, both can reach the universal range pretty solidly, and in lower interpretations of feats, they match either way. Recently, there has been more discussion on the validity of universal Mario for debates, but at the moment, I can at least see it. I have my disagreements for a good part of the arguments, but some of them are solid enough. Ultimately though, whether with Bomb or the Pork Star, King Pig matches the kroc in this category.
Speed is where things get a little more complicated. Independently on where you have Mario characters in AP, the speed doesn't have any big problems with it. With that being said, K. Rool by matching Donkey Kong - thus scaling to Mario feats - reaches the range of quadrillion of times faster than light. King Pig, however, cannot match that finitely, as the best feat he could scale is Laser Bird’s galaxy travel that ranges from millions to trillions of times faster than light. This would make K. Rool much faster, regardless of the end you use. However, here's the catch! Chuck proves to have infinite speeds. I believe the consistency of it, as explained in Before the Verdicts, checks out pretty much, making him infinitely faster than K. Rool.
Overall, they match in AP and durability, K. Rool is faster in finite ends, but King Pig’s infinite ends end up making that irrelevant.
So we get down to their abilities, their arsenal, and their support! This is where K. Rool proves himself to hold an edge. First of all, he can swap minds with King Pig; then he can use his potion to make his army obey him for limited time, and he can even use the Crystal to realize wishes, like time stopping or any other significant thing that would greatly help him during combat. This is where it stops, though. Compared to K. Rool’s few win conditions, the king of the pigs simply holds much more in comparison. To start: their armies. While K. Rool’s army is impressive in its own way, it shows itself absurdly inferior to the Pigs. Not only is King Pig's army much superior in stats, it's almost bigger and better in quantity! There are innumerable pigs around, not only throughout the planet, but all the galaxy. With so much equipment and powerful pigs (that have quite impressive abilities on their own), it's funnily possible that King Pig doesn't even need to be there to fight at all, as insane as it sounds. With his multiple ways of teleportation and travel, it's also fair to assume K. Rool’s sealing wouldn't be an issue to King Pig.
With the Spark, King Pig can also drain K. Rool's power, putting him at a great disadvantage to simply not be able to tank his most powerful things, like the Pork Star shooting a big ass laser to destroy the planet. Funnily enough, K. Rool lacks resistances to transmutation, so he and his army would be quite vulnerable to spells that King Pig himself and his pigs can do. Lightsabers can be a pretty solid way of possible durability negation, considering their powerful heat, and this one might seem weird, but Ghost Bricks could serve as a good way of distraction, as they're both invisible and invulnerable. And finally, their impressive regeneration and immortality proves that no matter what, K. Rool simply can't kill not only King Pig, but any of the Pigs. They will come back from complete disintegration of their body and/or respawn again. That's why K. Rool's best ways to end the fight are trying to not kill him, but incapacitate. It's entirely possible that K. Rool can put his arsenal into play and get a chance to win, but King Pig has so much more that it pales in comparison. Additionally, he'd have to position and have his win conditions near him, while King Pig's are less specific and more available. There's much to consider, but I believe that's enough. I'm sure other people mentioned other things in their verdicts!!!
Let's finish this with their experience, skill and intelligence. Both King Pig and King K. Rool possess many fights with their rival, giving them good experience in fighting. If we were to be more exact, K. Rool technically has better hand to hand combat and… actual combat. Even if not, it's fair to say it's much more consistent than King Pig. However, while King Pig lacks the skill, he has the brains! They both have built a lot of machinery, that is true, but only King Pig and his army built spaceships and freakin’ space colonies! He's additionally quite a manipulator, and (somehow) successes most of the time. To top it all off, not only he has members of his army that are greatly intelligent, but he can also get his ways to steal even more IQ with equipment, giving the Pig another advantage.
Overall, while King K. Rool had a formidable strength, army, gadgets and skill, King Pig’s equal strength, infinitely superior speed, much better army, win conditions and intelligence makes this an egg-cellent win to his side. In the end, I side with King Pig being the winner. Thank you Spidey for having me here, and hope y'all enjoyed this blog. It was pretty fun.
Oh yeah btw King Pig can time travel apparently, we found out that too late to address so I'm just putting this here. Time huh??? THANKS FOR THE-
Have you guys ever searched pig in latim?

Stats
Going with stats first, let’s first start with King Pig, KP is consistently in the uni ranges with him and his pigs scaling off the the birds who have moved the phones containing their universe, Pigstar destroying a universe, and Big Bomb’s statement of shaking a universe and causing a big bang but what about K Rool? Well let's say things are gonna be a lil complicated. Let’s list these two feats in particular
Megabug scaling
This feat is from the Mario & Rabbids crossover. You may be asking “What is the feat?” well the feat is that the Meagubug could merge and destroy both Rabbids and Mario universes as seen here, and Mario and gang could fight a possessed Bowser amped by it but the problem lies that it’s not canon to the Mario universe, but would it be included? Personally yes, while it is non canon, it wouldn’t out of the bar as a composite to Mario since it isn’t far off from the canon and Mario isn’t the deep of a canon franchise so adding the feat for Mario & co wouldn’t be too out of field. Additionally, it also feels a bit unfair to exclude these types of crossovers for King K. Rool while giving King Pig essentially everything despite there being potential continuity issues.
Rosalina
This one should be simple while Mario & Co did get protected from the destruction of the universe Rosalina was able to shield said destruction of the blast. Mario & Co also manage to fight off enemies comparable to her even someone such as Bowser who absorbed the powers at the intro of Super Mario Galaxy 2
Overall there are some feats that are 50/50 such as Dreamy Bowser, Sammer’s kingdom. And there are feats that aren’t accurate such as King Boo's house destruction but overall uni+ is where we safely put K Rool at for these two feats alone. Which puts these two comparable. Tho if you bought the Dream Pot scaling K Rool would be immensely stronger.
Anyhow, neither of them are winning through raw power alone. King K. Rool simply has no way of getting past the Pigs’ immortality and King Pig debatably cannot one shot. However he would if you do not buy Universal Mario which is up to interpretation at the moment.
Now for speed, in terms of finite ends, King K. Rool has a massive edge. At max King Pig would only reach 1.11 trillions c due to scaling to Chuck who was able to cross the entire milky way Galaxy in a short time frame. Very impressive but it simply pales in comparison when you consider K. Rool scaling to the Mario Brothers, at minimum he should be comparable to Mario crossing World 5 which is an entire galaxy! Something that gets him to 76 trillions c - 27 quadrillions c, as well as scaling to the Millenial Star traveling from the center of the universe to the Mushroom Kingdom in a short time frame, something that gets 880 quadrillions c. These alone would make King K. Rool massively faster than King Pig in terms of finite ends.
But what about immeasurable Angry Birds? Wouldn't that make King Pig infinitely faster? Well I find there to be issues with both feats. First there's Chuck going so fast that he ends up reversing the earth's rotation and reversing time itself, my issue with this is that these feats aren't immeasurable, the characters are not traveling through time and are mainly just reversing the earth's rotation which is a clear reference to Superman's feat, something that required faster than light speeds. Now what about Laser Bird's statement? Well.. It's likely just a vague hyperbolic statement, personally I don't believe Chuck has any feats to back the statement of “warping space and time” or “arriving to your destination before leaving”. And Chuck kinda contradicts these impossible feats by stating that a massively faster than light feat is almost as fast as him.
Let's just say that these feats are legit. However there's not much justifying that King Pig would scale to Chuck's full speed given that in the scene, Chuck was clearly going all out and even tires himself out afterwards
Of course, statements like these are up to interpretation, I just personally don't believe them myself and with that out of the way, King K. Rool takes speed in my humble opinion, now what exactly can K. Rool do with the speed advantage? Well.. That brings us to…
Abilities and Equipment
Let's start off with their armies! As versatile as K. Rool’s army is. They simply pale in comparison to the sheer number of King Pig’s well… Pig's! I'll just say that King K. Rool unfortunately has no solid counters to King Pig's more crucial arsenal. Stuff like a laser gun that erases you from existence or arguably the Porkstar would kill him. But hey! Given the speed edge K. Rool arguably has, he should be able to avoid said weapons and he has some nifty gadgets and Abilities on his own such as shockwave generation for a massive AoE, turning invisible to get around the Pigs, telekinesis or just some neat mobility, sluggers power ups such as lightning to target every pig at once (keep in mind that both K. Rool AND the Kremlings have this) or just use Boos to steal the Pigs’ gadgets, turn the King's crown invisible making it so that the Pigs have no idea who to side (however this advantage isn't very reliable as King Pig can always just pull out new hats) or possess them outright. Now these powers aren't really the key to victory, seeing as K. Rool still has no way past the Pigs’ immortality or regeneration BUT they do serve as an opening for K. Rool to pull out a kit that can potentially net him a win. These weapons include the mind swapping helmet, love potion and the crystal coconut!
The mind swapping helmet is pretty self explanatory as it pretty much allows K. Rool to swap minds with King Pig making killing King Pig a much easier task as he would now be in K. Rool’s body, someone who does not have the really good immortality that the Pigs possess. Additionally K. Rool would also have the entire pig army for himself so that's neat!
The love potion is a bit more tricky seeing as its effects can wear off but they can likely still provide K. Rool more time and any victim sprayed by this potion will listen to whoever they fall in love with so it's possible that K. Rool could potentially manipulate King Pig into giving up or just handing him all of his kit.
And now for the big one, the crystal coconut! This is one of the bigger wincons that K. Rool possesses which can grant any wish he wants. Now obviously he's not gonna wish for something utterly specific and would most likely just go for the wishes that we have seen being granted from it such as sleep manipulation, something that's not too far off for the big gut crocodile to do and would certainly leave King Pig and his army incapacitated.
All in all, while K. Rool doesn't necessarily have a way around the immortality or regeneration nor does he have counters to the Pigs’ more crucial stuff besides…dodging but he makes up for these by having a few kit in his arsenal that would leave King Pig unable to fight thus likely giving K. Rool and immediate victory.
Tertiary Factors
Both have been able to fight the birds and kongs for a while. While yes King Pig has his own smart and formidable army, so has K Rool, so it comes down to who is the better fighter of the two and in no doubt is K Rool. King Pig most of the time has not really done much fighting in the series and mostly let his armies do the fighting for him while K Rool while also letting his army do the fight is willing to fight all the kongs by himself. He’s also a dirty thinker capable of tricking DK and Diddy into thinking he was defeated at the end of DKC1. (Not to mention he actually has legs). He’s also consistently smarter as he’s been creating a lot of machinery while King Pig who also does mainly relies on his minions to build something. Overall K Rool takes this here.
Conclusion
This matchup is certainly tricky imo given that King Pig is very tough to put out but I believe K. Rool has the necessary tools that can net him the win here, he's simply far smarter, debatably faster and has ways to prevent King Pig from fighting back at all. Pigs are better animals than crocodiles tho 🥺. Anyhow taking his rightful title as the superior King, the winner is King K. Rool
Before ending this, I'd like to thank Spidey for helping me write some bits here and there (namely the strength section and the tertiary) couldn't have done this without him! This is also my first ever solo verdict (be nice!!) so I did the best I could to argue a K. Rool win. Anyways bye!!
Me (Spidey)
Hello my readers! Welcome to my first blog I have done. Starting off my blog is between these two fat green kings. This is my 2nd favorite MU behind the one I already worked on (cough cough) K Rool is pretty much my favorite Mario character, and Angry Birds is one of my favorite games growing up. Researching both characters was a fun time. But for right now let’s settle on who will win here!
Stats
Oh booy now this one is gonna be a bumpy ride. Let’s start with King Pig first since his feats are pretty much straight forward, he should basically be around uni for scaling to the pigstar which can blow up a universe, and the birds such as Red and Bomb who can pretty much overpower the phone. Said phone can contain the entire Angry Birds universe. With finite speed ends he gets around 10k from Space Red’s feat to trillions scaling to Space Chuck (casual) flying through the milky way galaxy. There’s also Chuck who with full speed can warp time and space in his sleep, and could time travel. Characters can also keep and and even outspeed Chuck at his full speed. It’s 50/50 on if you're comfortable scaling everyone to him but I’d go safer and stick with trillions for now. Let’s get started with K Rool and ooooh boooy……….
Personally while there are feats I’m iffy with such as King Boo’s uni destruction, and 50/50 with some feats like Culex Sammer’s kingdom and dreamy stuff I think uni Mario is fine enough with Rosalina’s feat of blocking the universe, and Megabug feat of merging and destroying universes. letting K Rool get equal with King Pig and the pigs. He should also blitz in finite ends scaling to Mario who can cross galaxies in world 5 and Millenium stars flying from the center of the universe to the mushroom kingdom which both would be high in the quads which blitzes King Pig.
Overall
Both are equally uni with K Rool slightly stronger and both are blitzing each other weather you buy immeasurable Piggies or not
Army
In this section both have great armies but unfortunately for K Rool, King Pig’s army are just way more versatile, haxy and unkillable with their regen being able to come back after their physical bodies blow up out of existence. While there are some kremlings that have hax such as the kritters using items from sluggers. It ain’t enough to deal with the pigs MASSIVE amounts of numbers but with also the same hax and abilities and more so from wand users capable of transmuting K Rool’s army, pigs with RPG-like abilities, force users that can trap the kremlings in the force, Transformer mechs etc. King Pig’s army just has many abilities and a diverse level of pigs that eventually K Rool will be running out of armies for him to be overwhelmed. Point goes to King Pig
Weapons & Abilities
This is an interesting one, K Rool has a vast amount of haxes, haxes such as sealing people into crystals and barrels, telekinesis, could teleport, has a gun that can cause movement to his enemies a gut that can deflect attacks, tech that could allow him to travel through many dimensions, has multiple items from both Sluggers, and Barrel blast, and with non standard stuff from the tv show, he can swap minds with people with helmets, make people fall in love with him and obey his orders with the love potion, and with the crystal coconut he can grant wishes. Would that help him stop King Pig? Unfortunately no
K Rool may have these impressive haxes but King Pig also has haxes K Rool can’t counter such as IQ sapping, and EMPs. Plus thanks to his regen K Rool can’t kill him for good, King Pig also has ships that allows him to travel through dimensions via portals so K Rool’s spirowarp means moot to him. Crystal and barrel sealing could help but King Pig can teleport so the sealing wouldn’t do much but delay the inevitable. Love Potion could help but not only is it temporary but King Pig has pigs that could do the same such as Chef Pig with a potion that turns people into pig helpers. The only thing that King Pig has no counter to is the crystal coconut but here’s the problem, we don’t know K Rool’s full intent on what he wishes. He’s a dirty fighter yes but he has never shown any offensive wishes to anyone, even then it wouldn’t be his first go-to which isn’t helping him with various pigs that have many haxes and abilities that could instantly end him. The pigs could also easily destroy it since it’s possible it could easily be durable as a mirror. While K Rool is a formidable opponent with a great load of hax King Pig just counters every hax K Rool has, and has his own hax that K Rool has no counter to plus regen being an ass.
Point goes to King Pig
Is K Rool’s crown stealing option a win con?
Yes it could but King Pig can just make a new one. Not to mention K Rool doesn’t even know them.
Overall
These kings have crazy haxes that can screw a person over with, an amazing army, and equalish stats but in the end King Pig just have a way better army, counters to K Rool’s attacks, have haxes K Rool has no counter to, and armies that could instantly end the kremlings and overwhelm K Rool. In the end K Rool may be the baddest croc ever but King Pig will ensure he will have a Krool fate. The winner is King Pig. (K Rool’s still my goat tho… so he wins by default)
