Grim Adventures vs Fairly OddParents
Grim, Billy and Mandy, the best friends for all eternity
Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda, An average kid with two fairly odd godparents.
What would you do with magical servants? Would you use them to help solve your issues or for world domination? Well, these are the paths chosen by these two iconic 2000s cartoon comedy trios today. Will Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda wish their way to victory, or will Grim, Billy and Mandy destroy them all! Find out in this edition of Spidey’s Super Secret Blogs!
What will be allowed?
These two teams have been through a lot of adventures, from what we've seen onscreen to straight up avengers level crossovers with cartoons throughout their networks. For the sake of this blog though, we'll only be using their respective shows, games, movies and comics, as well as their crossover episodes with Jimmy Neutron and KND, respectively for items and scaling.
What won't be used for scaling is their wider crossover material (Nicktoons Unite and Secret Crisis War/Punch Time Explosion) so don't expect us to scale Timmy to the SpongeBob cosmology or Grim to the Ben 10 cosmology, etc. The items and moves they get from the aforementioned media will be used though. Now without further ado, let's get started!
Forewarning
Two of the researchers (Monev and Why am I Here) held a key role in the production of TGTQVS’ Nicktoons Unite BR Blog. Due to that, the crew at TGTQVS were happy to allow the FOP scaling from their blog to be shared over to this one as well. So if you were wondering why some parts felt similar, this is the reason why.
On January 8th 2026, Emmy winning composer Guy Moon unfortunately passed away in a traffic collision. While many know of his work in shows such as The Fairly Oddparents and Danny Phantom, he was also the composer for the first season of Billy and Mandy. We at Spidey’s Blogs want to say thanks to him for the work he has done in helping to shape our childhood, and we wish that he rests peacefully and condolences to his family.
Background
Grim Adventures
“This blog ISN'T stupid! YOU'RE stupid!”
One of the many interpretations of death that many still fear. However, this one is...different. At a young age, Grim's childhood wasn't the best, he had been neglected by his father ever since he was a toddler who straight up told him that he loves rock music more than him despite little Grim's best efforts to make him proud and even remembered to give him gifts on Father's day every single year. His mother had seen him as a loser due to seeing what he grew up to be and he was bullied a lot by the Boogeyman during his years in school considering Grim was pretty introverted, shy, loved gardening, classic monster movies, puppies and the fact that he was forced to date the ugliest monster in school despite Grim's heart belonging to the Spider Queen Velma.
After an audition was announced by his school on who would be the next Grim Reaper, Grim saw this as an opportunity to come out of his shell and lock in by proving that he truly is scary... He somewhat fails of course but he was still happy to see that his love interest Velma had done amazing in her audition and was the intended winner, the Boogeyman stepped in to rig said votes into making him the winner, however Grim saw this plan and attempted to stop him, but as soon as Velma walked in and saw Grim holding the box of each vote, she thought it was him who had rigged the votes as she left off crying, feeling betrayed by him despite the misunderstanding. This severely pissed Grim off as he truly locked in! He'd take the scythe for himself and banished the Boogeyman to a different layer of hell supposedly, everyone saw how amazing Grim was after proving himself to be worthy of the title of the Reaper causing everyone to reconsider their votes thus officially making him the new Grim Reaper.
For years since the stone age he had been taking the lives of many whose time it was up, he enjoyed his job but that was until he stumbled into the town of Endsville and had the two people who would change his life forever...
Billy, the naive but happy go lucky kid with an immense appetite and gross out humor and Mandy, the scary little girl who never smiles and fated to be an immortal dune worm who takes over the world. After “fairly” losing a limbo contest against the two he had promised to be their best friend forever, committing to the promise he had been tormented by the two for years, making his life much more miserable, they'd misuse his scythe quite often, humiliated him in front of the underworld, got his powers and scythe taken away and so much more.
The trio have undergone many Grim Adventures ranging from going toe to toe against the Boogeymen, the goddess of chaos Eris, Cthulhu, Nergal from the Earth's Core, Irwin and even the Kid's Next Door! And despite the constant bickering and torture, deep down, they all mutually cared for each other despite not showing it often. No matter how many times they end up killing each other, they always end up doing everything together even if it ends up ruining Grim's life some more so ask not for whom the bell tolls…it tolls for thee…
Fairly OddParents
“I wish for a Grim Adventures VS Fairly OddParents blog!”
Young Timmy Turner was just your average kid, that no one truly understood. Sure he had his good friends Chester and AJ, but between having to deal with school bullies like Francis, the sadistic babysitter known as Vicky, and neglectful parents, it was just enough to make his life completely and utterly miserable. But that all changed one day when he met Cosmo and Wanda, his newly assigned Fairy Godparents. These creatures were here to help out Timmy in any way they could with their magic wands, allowing Timmy to wish for nearly anything he desired, giant shakes, birthday cakes, turning Vicky into a snake and all that hoo hah. With these magical fairies by his side, nothing could possibly go wrong, right? Well… not exactly.
Remember when we said Timmy could wish for nearly anything he wants? Well that’s because of Da Rules, a magical book detailing what you can and can’t do with fairies. Some of Da Rules include no wishing to win in competitions (so Timmy can’t just auto win science fairs) , no wishing for people to fall in love (so Timmy can’t wish for his crush, Trixie Tang to love him), and most importantly he can’t ever show or let others know about his fairies, lest he’d face the wrath of Jorgen Von Strangle and get his memories wiped and memories taken. If that’s not bad enough, Timmy now has to deal with his fairy-obsessed teacher, Mr.Crocker, constantly hatching up new plots and inventions to collect any fairies he can get his hands on.
But in spite of that, over the years Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda have practically done all that a ten year old boy can do with nearly unlimited magic. Met aliens, famous presidents, fought crime with the Crimson Chin, Pirates, and accidentally created citywide-worldwide disasters on the regular which he had to deal with later. Though, it turned out that Cosmo and Wanda needed Timmy nearly as much as Timmy needed them, as he would help them deal with their problems, such as dealing with the Anti-Fairies, Pixies, Schnozmo, Mama Cosmo, Blonda and Big Daddy. Even beyond them, it turned out that Timmy was indeed the chosen one, fated to defeat the ancient threat of the Darkness from consuming the universe!
Throughout it all, Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda’s bond has only grown stronger and stronger from their initial meetup. Sure he might not be the best godchild, even losing the two on some occasions, but time and time again he’s proven himself to still deserve them. As the trio grew into more of a quadruple with Peri, then grew more with Sparky and Chloe, it's safe to say that on that day, Timmy didn’t just get fairies, he got a fairly odd New Family.
Experience and Skill
Grim Adventures
Grim’s been the reaper for at least the past 2000 years, ever since he was picked for it in middle school. Within that time, he’s gained and dealt with monsters such as Cthulhu, Pinhead (no, not that one), unlucky snails, goddesses of chaos, among many others. He’s even gotten so used to the job that he can tell if a thing’s possessed with just a glance. He’s also taken a few other positions throughout his adventures, such as an army recruit, Endsville socialite, band member, fashion model, druid, and substitute teacher at Billy and Mandy’s school. He’s also an inventor, such as the time he made a supernatural specter detector, hacked and reprogrammed Billy’s grandmom bot, and in Underfist, created a device to disguise Underfist as trick or treaters. He’s now also taking karate classes (albeit children’s courses) but good for him!
Mandy, the de facto leader of the group, is the most dangerous girl in Endsville. She tamed dangerous beasts such as Cerberus and alien beetles, fought through hoards of giant spiders and vampire bat elves, outsmarted the teacher from the dimension detention, and stopped a full-scale invasion from Evil Con Carne. She’s also a successful businesswoman, as she’s owned Evil Con Carne, Joyous Burger, and even became the President of the United States by the time of Underfist. But that’s not all, as she’s been shown to have the potential for world domination, becoming the leader of the KND when she was disguised as number one, the initial lord of horror in future Billy’s timeline, and ruled the world as an immortal worm in the far far future.
Even Billy, despite rivaling Patrick and Ed for the dumbest character in fiction, has some impressive feats throughout the franchise. One that comes to mind was when he caused the Boogeyman’s entire crew to join in on his song, giving an opening for Mandy, Grim, and Irwin to escape from his ship. He was also able to cause Eris, the goddess of chaos, to go insane and run away in terror at the mere mention of chaos. He’s also a skilled inventor, as he’s been able to make giant robots of his parents, which nearly destroyed the city, a grandmom bot, and, in Underfist, a candy blaster that shoots out himself. He’s been an agent for the CIA, the king of Asgard, a prank caller for Cthulhu, and, most importantly of all, is the only one to understand the complexities of this cinematic masterpiece.
Fairly OddParents
Timmy might be their most known godkid, but he’s far from their first. Cosmo and Wanda have had a plethora of grandkids over the millennias of their existence, from Mr.Crocker in the 70’s, Maryann in the 1910’s, Earls in the 1700’s and even cavemen in 50,000 BC. Which is impressive as to even be considered to be fairy godparent, one must go through Fairy academy, a rigorous military school where its students must do activities such as rigorous exercises, catching shooting stars from the sky, and …wiggling pencils on their lips? Anyways, they’ve just about seen and dealt with anything you can imagine by now, no matter how weird or chaotic it might be. Giant hairtornadoes destroying the city? Super adaptoid robots from Video games? Universe destroying calamities? Thanks to the misadventures of their godkids, these are nothing out of the ordinary for them. Though, speaking of godkids…
Timmy has started out as your average kid, but over the course of the show he might as well be anything BUT average. Even before his fairies, he’s constantly had to deal with threats such as Vicky who rigs up saw traps in people’s houses! Now with them, he’s fought and dealt with Alien conquerors, Antifairies, Comic book supervillains and many more various times. It even got to the point where some of the villains tried to team up to destroy Timmy and they still failed horribly! Timmy has survived through wishes to make his life like an action movie, has made over millions of wishes throughout the series and has rather infamously made a secret wish which bypassed the Fairy Council for years! Despite what the later seasons may portray, Timmy is still very competent without his fairies powers as he was able to duel with SROTU Crocker, who had absorbed the power of Wanda and later on Cosmo, and has also battled the threats of Shadow Chamberlain and the Antifairies when the Faires magic was tampered with across the games Shadow Showdown and Clash With the Antiworld respectively.

Grim Adventures
Scythe
The Grim Reaper's most iconic and perhaps second most dangerous weapon…you’ll see why it’s considered the second most dangerous in a bit. It was given to him by his school teacher after all the students unanimously agreed he should be the wielder, having demonstrated his true capability for being terrifying.
While his scythe may look like a standard melee weapon, it is actually filled with supernatural energy, which explains its abilities that no ordinary scythe possesses. Grim can use it like a witch's broom to fly for mobility or high speed chases, slice open portals to different locations, planets, or even parallel universes and dimensions.
Its most impressive capability is its claimed universal destructive power. Not hard to believe perhaps, considering the scythe has directly shown reality warping on a universal scale for example, simply changing Billy's grade caused a massive shift in reality, essentially reversing everyone in the universe's personalities, or the time it caused Mandy to outgrow the entire universe in just a few days.
It also has many other miscellaneous abilities, which include the following:
Size Manipulation: The scythe can shrink people to be smaller than people's ears or enlarge them.
Earth Manipulation: Creates deep schisms in the Earth when it strikes the ground.
Hair Manipulation: Nergal used the scythe to grow a hairy chest.
Water Manipulation: Grim split the sea with the Scythe.
Cellphone: The scythe works as a cellphone.
Shapeshifting: Wherever the situation calls, the Scythe can turn itself into any tool Grim needs at the moment. A flashlight for light, a pencil to write, a lightsaber for combat, and when it ran out of power it turned into an umbrella to keep grim cool in the desert.
Friendship Failsafe: Ever wonder why Grim just doesn’t screw the deal over and leave Billy and Mandy? Well, he can’t, as any portals he makes will immediately transport him back to Billy and Mandy, and any further attempts of leaving will transport him to the underworld, where he will be forced to spend an eternity in jail. Sadge.
Perception and Biological Manipulation: Grim warped Billy’s eyes with “magic surgery” to fix vision, causing him to see the world in various different ways. Later on Grim gave Billy realistic eyes.
Age Manipulation: Harold and Gladys got turned into children just by touching the scythe.
Transmutation: Irwin turned Grim into a slug.
Teleportation: Using the form of lightning, Grim, Billy and Mandy teleported using the scythe.
Sound Manipulation: The Scythe can give people laugh tracks.
Lasers: It can shoot out lasers.
Disintegration: The scythe turned a toy into ash.
Scanning: The Scythe can detect people’s expiration dates and do x-ray scans on people.
Explosion Manipulation: Grim made a door explode.
Fire Manipulation: Grim accidentally sets Skarr on fire.
Regeneration Negation: Anything that’s cut with the scythe can’t be reattached or grown back, no matter if they’re reattachable or not.
Power Bestowal: Grim was able to give Billy superpowers.
Mind Reading (Underworld Only): Grim used the scythe’s magic to read thought bubbles.
Mind Manipulation: Irwin hypnotized Mandy to make her fall in love with him.
Sleep Manipulation: Grim put Billy to sleep with a Zap. Similarly it can also zap people awake.
Fusionism: Grim fused multiple dogs to create a dream mutt for Billy.
Memory Manipulation:Grim turned Billy into an amnesiac in order to restart a bet with Mandy.
Magnetism Manipulation: Grim casts a spell to allow Mandy, Sperg, himself and Billy to stick on the moon men’s spacecraft. (Although it has a 10 min cooldown.)
Forcefield: Grim casted a forcefield to block a volcanic explosion.
Time Travel: Grim and Mandy time travelled to (attempt to) stop themselves from changing Billy’s Grade.
Scythe 2.0
A replacement Scythe that Grim got from F after his old one broke. This scythe is equipped with over 1000 blades, rocket boosts, PDA and email capabilities, and an Artificial Intelligence system that follows your every command, but will turn against you if you misuse it, like Grim Mandy and Billy did. It reappears in the video game, where you can use it to shoot out lasers.
Pandora’s Box
Created as a trick from the gods, opening this box can bring out disasters (ranging from storms that bring about flying creatures, can make people hideous, or cause your limbs to attack you to the volcanos that took out pompei) all in the name of spreading chaos across the lands. Luckily closing and then re-opening the box can reverse all of the disasters' effects and can potentially seal people like how it did with Pandora, the one who was “gifted” this box from the gods and was cursed to carry it with her until someone else opened it. It later reappears in the video game, where it explodes when thrown.
Grim’s Zipper
While indistinguishable while attached to the cloak, this zipper actually contains the ability to zip and unzip practically anything in reality. Wanna zip someone’s mouth away? No problem. Wanna zip people’s body parts? Sure. Wanna attach a fly head to your body? Consider it done.
Grim’s Dunebuggy
In order to stop Scythe 2.0 from killing Billy and Mandy, Grim got this Scythe Dunebuggy from F. Good on Land Sea and Air, this vehicle comes with a rope pulley, and scythe thrower, is durable enough to survive explosions without a scratch and can open up portals like any other scythe.
Cerberus’ Whistle
Whenever he wants, Grim can summon his pet dog Cerberus with his whistle. More on what Cerberus can do later…
Grim's Trunk
Over the years, an immortal such as the Grim Reaper ought to have a place to keep all his magical doodads and stuff. Good thing grim has a trunk at his disposal. This trunk, or rather straight up pocket dimension, holds up pretty much anything, from historical artifacts like the holy grail, demons, miscolored apples of discord, and later on items such as Horror’s Hand and Pandora’s Box. Although Grim does need a better lock on it, as most of the time it appeared is because Billy decided to rummage through it and releases an item that causes the conflicts within the episodes, like these items down below.
Grim’s Ink: An ink bottle that opens holes into other dimensions.
Universal Remote Control: A remote that can reverse, stop, and travel through time.
Hairtonic: Hair Tonic that causes a person’s hair to come alive and starts growing wildly. It also causes the hair to be resistant to fire and grows even after its been cut by Grim’s scythe.
Giant Monster: A giant two-headed monster slug that will devour the world, which Grim and Billy just let roam freely, okay then.
Evil powder: A pepper bottle which releases a stench that raises the dead.
Medusa’s head: Petrifies anyone who gazes upon it.
Magic cueball: Filled with dark mystic underworld energy, this cueball causes any predictions it makes to instantly happen.
Mojo Balls: Causes anyone in its vicinity to temporarily become filled with uncontrollable rage. It is also used as a power source to bring out people’s Special attacks/Mojo Meltdowns.
The Lament Configuration: A rubik cube that opens a portal to the netherworld when solved.
Lamp: A lamp that holds Grim’s wish granting and abusive mother.
Phone Of Cthulhu: A phoneline that goes straight to the great old one himself, Cthulhu. Be careful not to prank call him, or else you’ll be sucked into his dimension.
Bone of Barnacles
Used by Grim in The Grim Adventures of the Kids Next Door crossover, it can form bones around a selected host and to turn into giant bone armor for them to pilot. Its is also implied to be a good torture weapon, as Grim was going to use it on Numbuh 1 disguised as Billy to get answers from him. The process of turning into the mech itself is even shown as being painful.
M.A.N.D.R.O.B.O.T.
Abbreviated from the acronym ‘Monkeys and Nice Doggies Relax on Bellies of Turtles’, this is a mech made by the Kids Next Door in Mandy’s likeness for the purposes of fighting other giant anomalies. It can reflect projectiles with its fists, fire mustard out of its torso, and has a hypersonic headband that it can use as its own projectile.
Mechagorillasaur Mech
A mech that Grim gave to Mandy to kill both Kittyra and Bill(-y). It comes with an arm cannon, a laser that blows people up into fireworks and can be left on autopilot, causing wanton destruction to the streets of Japan.
Motorcycle
A motorcycle that Mandy used to find Grim, Irwin and Billy in Japan.
Thromnabular
Hidden in Grim’s cloak is Thromnabular, a magical talking skull that can grant any wish the user desires. However, it does come with some caveats, such as only one wish per user and that the wishes will get back to the user, as shown with Skarr and Grim.
The Bad Book
The official illustrated book of the Underworld, this book contains supreme magical powers not meant for the eyes of mortals, as they’ll become possessed and try to bring Yog-Sogoth into the Universe.
Grim’s Fairytale Books
Magical books from the underworld, these books are retellings of classical fairytales, but with a twist. Once the book is open, the listeners are literally sucked into the world, not being able to leave until they finish the story as originally intended.
Monster Manual
Contains records of every monster you can find in the underworld and beyond. Mandy used it to find out Billy’s Girlfriend “Blandy” was actually a monster from the netherworld called “Blandy”, what a plot twist amirite?
Man Eating Comics
A set of Underworld comics that Grim has that will eat any mortals who pick it up.
Grim Toys
McDonald's, take notes, this is how you take over the world. Created by the folks at Joyous Burger, these toys not only carry the likeness of Grim but also his supernatural abilities as well, giving those who hold it powers such as controlling flowers or growing to the size of buildings.
Butterfly Net
Grim used this to try to catch those darn schlubs and turn them into gold.
The Black Knight Suit and Sword
Forged from the flames of a Dragon, this suit of armor is guaranteed to make you the coolest guy in the fair, although it comes with one slight caveat. That is you can’t take it off, unless you defeat someone in combat. In the video game, the Black Knight sword allows you to steal health from your opponents.
Laser Wrist
Given to Billy by the CIA to catch the supercriminal, Leaky Colon.
Luck Reader
Grim used this to detect Billy’s bad luck.
Spygear
Worn by Billy in order to infiltrate a mental facility to get grim back.
Cosmic Cuckoo Clock
Grim’s clock that creates portals through time and space.
Supernatural Specter Detector
Named Hector, this detects any supernatural powers within the sector. An item so easy to use that it requires no lecture.
Flying Bicycle
A bicycle with a propeller that Billy used to try and wake up Mandy.
The Apple of Discord
As the source of Eris’ (the goddess of chaos) powers, the apple of discord was temporarily given to our trio just for Eris to see what would happen if such power was given to mere mortals (and grim). While they haven’t shown to be as skilled with the item as Eris has, our trio has used it to transmute objects, although it was in a fight between each other in terms of who would get complete control of the apple.
Magical Gauntlets
A pair of gauntlets that Grim carries which will cause the user's arms to come to life and start beating them up repeatedly.
Mask of the Beast
An irremovable mask that curses the victim to be nice to others, or else they will gradually turn into a beast.

Used by the two Mandys to destroy Shadow Mandy’s childhood toys.
Thor’s Hammer
Taken by the (un)mighty Thor by Billy, this allowed Billy to overthrow Odin as the king of Asgard and also shoot out lightning.

Heck no, but it gave birth to the most powerful item in the underworld, Horror’s hand. Activated by a switch, Horror’s hand allows the user to project a person’s worst fears into reality, from simple nightmarish creatures to even entire future scenarios. These manifestations are completely invulnerable to others’ attacks and can even transmute items to make sure that the victim will have to face their fears, all by themselves. In the video game, it can also scare people into exploding.

Lucky Magnet
A magnet used to catch and control anti-fairies. Timmy can use the anti-fairies trapped inside of the magnet to give others bad luck.
Anti-Fairy Goggles
A pair of glasses used to see anti-fairies when they were invisible to the human eye.
Indestructible Supersuit
Indestructible supersuits that can create impenetrable forcefields. Despite them being “indestructible,” Shirley was able to break them by…summoning car keys that I assume powered them off? I don’t know.
Freeze Glove
A glove that freezes objects and enemies to the point where they become brittle and easy to break.
Whistle
A whistle that summons random objects to drop on top of somebody.
Fire Wand
One of the three ancient wands created by the Fairy Council to defeat the Darkness. The wand can be played like a guitar and fires lasers.
Jorgen Von Strangle’s Jetpack
A jetpack gifted to him by Jorgen Von Strangle. It lets him fly. Who would’ve guessed?
Juandissimo’s Magic Mirror
A magic mirror gifted to Timmy by Juandissimo, capable of reflecting fairy magic back at its source.
Tooth Fairy’s Roll of Tooth Floss
Dental floss gifted to Timmy by the Tooth Fairy. Timmy can use the floss like a lasso and restrain beings as large as a sphinx. Timmy also used it in shiny teeth when it was revealed it can tell the truth of someone similar to wonder woman lasso.
Cupid’s Bow & Arrows
A bow and arrow gifted to Timmy by Cupid. Given that it’s Cupid’s arrows, one could assume that it can make whoever it hits fall in love with someone else, but we don’t know if this can do that. Timmy only used it to split atoms.
April Fool’s Groucho Marx Mask
A Grucho Marx mask gifted to Timmy by the April Fool. Timmy can use the mask to hide his identity, and can transform the mask into a helmet to breathe in outer space.
Easter Bunny’s Easter Eggs
Easter eggs gifted to Timmy by the Easter Bunny. These Easter Eggs are actually bombs.
Santa Claus’ Magic Bag
A magic bag gifted to him by Santa Claus. The bag can block out fairy magic and was used to protect Timmy from Crocker’s reality warping powers.
Fairy Hunting Equipment
When Timmy was separated from Cosmo and Wanda in Fairy Idol, he used some of his arch nemesis Mr.Crocker’s items to find them. This includes his Anti-Magic suit and Tie which he used to get out a magic cage, his butterfly net which is extremely heavy, and his toupee which Timmy says gives him extra agility.
Magic TV Remotes
A pair of TV remotes that channel fairy magic to warp reality. They can be used to travel through TV, project energy swords and lasers, erase things, nullify powers, erase memories, take control of technology, manipulate someone’s age, pause time etc.
Magic Muffin
A special wish granting muffin that can be used to grant wishes that aren’t restricted by Da Rules. After losing Cosmo and Wanda, Timmy used the muffin to wish Cosmo and Wanda were his fairies again. Timmy has also used the muffin to defeat Anti-Chamberlan and restore Cosmo and Wanda’s powers. Wishology shows that Timmy still owns the muffin.
Time Scooter
A scooter Timmy wished for to travel through time. It can travel forwards and backwards in time, and comes equipped with lasers.
Rocketship
After wishing for a cool rocketship as Jimmy he then used it against him, it also showed telekinesis to save Jimmy from falling.
Van
In the live action movies, Timmy decided to make a company called "Wishful Thinking” to give wishes to the world. In order to do that, Timmy decided to get a van that is capable of moving across the planet to help people in need, plus there are also cup holders!
Rocket Car
One of Timmy's fastest vehicles. With this, Timmy was not only capable of breaking the world record speed, but also was fast enough to leave the comic entirely.
Abilities
Grim Adventures
Grim
Skeleton Physiology
As one can clearly see, the Grim Reaper is naturally composed of well…bones. I mean he's a skeleton, like most interpretations of the Grim Reaper would be. He's capable of removing his bone parts and attaching them just as easily, even if they are deattached, he can still fully control their movement or his body simply acts on its own. And although he has a tongue, he is incapable of eating or drinking as the food usually goes through the giant hole in his jaw, and when frightened he can barf out ectoplasm, pepper spray also does not work on him thanks to him not having any eyes. And to get a bit weird, sucking on Grim's skull can cause the spirit of a deceased person to come out of your mouth and aid you, slicing it will allow one to see his memories inside his head and his head can act as a portal to summon nightmare creatures if he has good dreams.
And thanks to being immortal, over a million years in fact. He is fully capable of outliving time itself! Is still alive even after having his head sliced apart as well as attaching it back, having his face scratched apart by a cat or blown up, turning into smoke, having his body disintegrated although he needed to be put back together by Mandy or being popped into multiple pieces and even being erased from existence…twice! Although this one is a bit debatable given he only returns in the next episode thus giving us no known time frame on this level of regeneration.
Possession
Grim can take over a person’s body just by jumping into their heads. Billy and Mandy can also do this, but we’ll put it down here since he taught Billy to do it and to avoid repetition.
Telekinesis
Naturally thanks to his mastery of supernatural magic, Grim is capable of telekinetically moving things without physically touching, all he has to do is either aim at what he wants and he's free to do whatever! This can stem down from bringing objects to him directly or lifting people up and throwing them away.
Heat Vision
Though rare in its appearance, Grim can shoot lasers from his eyes which can disintegrate objects on contact. He is also capable of shooting energy beams from his hands as well.
Super Move
As his super move in Punchtime Explosion, Grim turns his scythe all big and green and rips a hole in the sky, making an oozing portal to the Underworld which leaks out ghosts.
Fire Manipulation
Grim can cause lava to spurt out from the ground or just straight up make flames around himself, though he does this just to aurafarm mainly.
Summoning
Whenever he wants, Grim can just snap his fingers to summon various monsters from the underworld, from cyclops and harpies to even little wiener server demons. He can also summon a cage to trap opponents in.
Size Manipulation
“That's right, I can change my size, because I am supernatural!”
Mind Control
Grim can just do the Jedi Mind trick.
4th Wall Awareness
Grim is aware that he’s in a TV show, has made various fourth wall breaks directed to the audience (even shooing them into a commercial break), has “ended” the episode early, and can read subtitles backwards.
Death Manipulation
To nobody’s surprise the Grim Reaper has death manipulation. He used it to kill a cellphone in order to stop a distracted driver from running over a bunch of kids
BFR
Whether it's through a snap or just his scythe, Grim can just make things disappear to who knows where, such as molten cheese or Billy’s…butt monkeys… If you’re particularly rotten enough, he might send you to the detention dimension, a plane of existence where you're tortured by its ruler, Ms.Slither.
Life Manipulation
Not only is Grim the bringer of Death, he’s also the bringer of life! He can give people eternal life as he did with Jack, and can grant people bonus years via medals. He can also give life to objects, such as when he turned Billy and Irwin’s Hokeymonsters real.
Water Manipulation
Grim can control his spit to remove the brainworm from Billy. Disgusting.
Hourglasses
Grim can summon Hourglasses which represent a person’s life. With these Hourglasses he could extend your life by adding more sand to it, age a person up or down via shaking it, or erase a person from existence via breaking it.
Acasuality
Grim can interact with his past selves with no issues.
Billy
Flight
In the middle of taking pictures with Grim’s new camera, Billy just starts levitating in the air.
Regeneration
Billy has recovered from having his face and back scratched off, peeled off, grinded off, nose torched, head exploded and even half of his body being scorched in mere seconds.
Deconstruction
By saying the name “Lord MoldyButt”- AH FUCK! My table… yeah by saying that name, it will cause objects nearby to break and fall apart, this can range from a golf club, to a table, a bed, the floor or even an entire house. Although this ability isn't exclusive to Billy as it should also apply to Mandy and Grim, but he's the one who says it the most so he gets it.
Billy’s Snot
Despite its disgusting nature, Billy’s snot is actually a pretty useful tool when applied in the toolset. Like the case of Billy repairing the boat using snot as an adhesive, or Billy using his snot as rope to escape from the underworld. Watch out Spider-Man…
Immersion
Billy can just walk into flashbacks.
Teleportation
In Underfist, Billy handed the crew a one time use gun which held… himself somehow?
Magnetism
For some reason, Billy can turn his nose into a magnetic field, and its range grows bigger and stronger the longer he uses it.
Body Manipulation
Billy’s body can be stretched apart with no issue, he can inflate himself to reform from dents, he can use his nose as an airbag/inflate it like a cartoon, and can tuck his head in his body like a turtle to dodge Grim’s swing.
Explosion Manipulation
Billy was able to throw a cereal bowl so hard that it exploded, explode the TV by writing on it, and in the video game can explode people via farting.
Summoning
Billy can summon a giant cow that shoots lasers at his opponents.
Spider-Pox
Thanks to his unwashed hands, Billy can transfer Spider-Pox to others, which causes people to turn into giant monstrous spiders.
Time Travel
In Big Boogey Adventure, Future Billy (from two weeks into the future) can time travel terminator style. Just make sure to step back from him first.
Subjective Reality
Billy’s brain hamster slipped out the thought bubble and entered his nose.
Light Manipulation
Billy can just summon a ray of sunlight to shine upon him.
Acasuality
Billy was able to meet and interact with his past self with no issues. Additionally, Billy seems to remember Thromnambular, even though Grim used Thromnambular’s last wish to undo the events of “Wishbones” from even happening.
Mandy
Flight
In brief moments, Mandy just decides to defy gravity and levitates in the air, neat. She also has rockets attached to her head in any case she needs to make a cool exit.
Clairvoyance
For some reason, Mandy saw (and was creeped out by) what Irwin was doing in the sewing club.
Time Stop
By screaming loud enough, Mandy is able to completely stop time itself.
Fear Nerve
Ever wonder why Mandy’s so terrifying, capable of scaring Billy and Grim on the daily, infinitely expanding giants and also made a mask designed to scare people explode due to fear? Well, it all comes down to her raw nerve, a wise-cracking nerve that Billy took and used to terrorize his bully with, while also turning Billy into a menace to Grim. Although Mandy initially lost her cruel personality when Billy took her nerve, it turns out that she doesn’t even need it after all, as she was able to regain her old personality again and scare the raw nerve out of their lives.
Mind Control
Whether through snapping her fingers or performing a Jedi mind trick, Mandy is able to dominate the minds of others to do her bidding. Something to note is that Mandy’s Jedi mind trick is superior to Grim’s as she was able to completely take over the mind of her parents, even after Grim blasted them with spell to make them more dominant when dealing with Mandy.
Teleportation
Mandy teleported into Grim’s presentation.
Non Physical Interaction
Mandy can both see and pop thought bubbles. She was also able to interact with Ms.Doolin who is a ghost.
Fourth Wall Awareness
It seems that not even the showrunners can escape her wrath, as Mandy has been shown to directly talk to us the audience, insults the writers, and will just straight up leave the show itself and just go home if she’d fed up enough.
Shockwave Manipulation
Unlocking her inner Batman, Mandy can just cause a shockwave by punching the ground.
Explosion Manipulation
Mandy just punched a spider so hard that it exploded.
Summoning
Using her dark and mystic powers, Mandy was able to summon and command a fierce force of… cute bunnies….yeah. Although, she can also summon a cow stampede to crush her opponents
Subjective Reality
Mandy was able to turn herself into an egg-laying giant fish-squid-chicken monster via talking about what Billy was imagining.
Body Manipulation
Mandy can tuck her head to dodge Grim’s scythe swing.
Acasuality
Mandy is able to meet and interact with her future self with no issue.
Fire Manipulation
Whenever she gets really angry, Mandy can set herself on fire.
Mandy’s Smile
(Smile censored in order to protect THE NATURAL ORDERRRRRRRRRRRR.)
One of the laws of the Universe is that Mandy never smiles (or at least is supposed to). Unfortunately, this was learned the hard way for the trio, as when Mandy finally smiled for a beauty pageant, its power was potent enough to rip reality at its seams, making waves of light that cause people to turn into radishes, cause body parts to fly off, and send people to a different reality altogether! Fortunately, Mandy seems to have a bit of control over it in the future, since in the Video games, she uses her smile to summon meteors to hit opponents or just evaporate them from existence.
Resistances
- [All Three] Heat Manip: As shown in the GIF above, Grim is unaffected by bathing in lava. Irwin, Mandy, and Billy withstood re-entering Mars’ atmosphere. Additionally, Mandy withstood Cerberus’ flames with no issue.
- [All Three] Space Survival: Grim, Billy, and Mandy were all fine wherever they went into space.
- [All Three] Limited Transmutation: The trio are all still capable of moving and keep their consciousness even after being turned into animals or inanimate objects. Grim also came back after being turned into an Armadillo and supporting this, they should all be comparable to Irwin who came back shortly after being turned into a frog.
- [All Three] Madness Manipulation: In the Console game, Billy, Mandy, and Grim are all unaffected from the effects of the Mojo balls, which causes people to get overcome with rage and start fighting one another just by its presence alone.
- [Grim & Mandy] Limited Mind Manipulation: Grim and Mandy are unaffected by the Happy Huggy Stuffy Bears’ mind control, who managed to control the entire town of Endsville including Billy to obey their orders and behave like chaotic zombies due to mind control not working on people that think as stated by Eris. They were also unaffected by a TV that hypnotized Billy albeit likely due to it targeting Billy specifically. Mandy was also snapped out of the Scythe’s mind control although she was immediately mind haxed after that.
- [Grim & Billy] Disease & Biological Manipulation: Grim and Billy were unaffected by Spiderpox, which turns people into Spiders.
- [Grim & Billy] Fragrance Manipulation: Billy was unaffected by a stink that knocked people out. Grim stated he couldn’t smell bad smells cause he has no nose.
- [Grim] Death Manipulation: Was unaffected by Lord Pain’s screeching which caused birds to explode, flowers to wilt, fish to rot and Billy to die.
- [Grim] Limited Possession: Due to being immortal, he was fine after reading the bad book, which possesses people.
- [Grim] Vampirism: Grim was fine after Dracula bit and sucked the poison out of him.
- [Billy] Limited Acid Manipulation: Billy was fine touching Grim’s snot, which melted and killed Human grim, although it's implied by the ending that Billy also got killed by the slime monster.
- [Billy] Limited Poison Manipulation: Billy was able to survive drinking Spider venom, although it did knock him out for several hours.
- [Grim] Fear Manipulation: Grim wasn’t affected by Horror’s Hand due to already living through his worst fears everyday.
- [Billy] Mental Destruction: Billy was fine being in the mindcaster, which normally fries people’s brains and leaves them in a vegetative state. Additionally due to his lack of a brain, he was unaffected by brain eating parasites and zombies have disintegrated due to trying to eat his brains.
- [Mandy] Assimilation: Mandy was able to take control over the brain-eating alien after it ate her brain, and in the KND crossover she was able to take control over the Delightful reaper, despite it being composed of hundreds of assimilated children.
- [Mandy] Limited Reality Warping: Mandy was the only person unaffected by Grim changing Billy’s test grade, which caused reality to reverse itself and people’s personalities.
Fairly OddParents
Luck
In Shadow Showdown, Timmy has a luck meter that essentially functions as a health bar. By collecting lucky items such as horseshoes and clovers, he can increase his luck and restore his health. In A New Wish, Cosmo and Wanda summon lucky items to give Hazel good luck. In Breakin’ Da Rules, Vicky could give Timmy bad luck via fairy magic.
Laser Vision
Timmy can fire lasers from his eyes. Despite being something he wished for, episodes like Escape from Unwish Island shows that he never lost this ability.
Hammerspace
Timmy can pull out essentially any item he wants from seemingly nowhere. Cosmo head also stored many things since it's hollow.
Regeneration
Timmy can bounce back from almost any form of damage, like being reduced to ashes. Other characters like Crocker have shown similar feats, like regenerating after being sliced apart or completely vaporized, though the exact time it took for him to recover from the latter is unknown. Fairies like Cosmo and Wanda, however, are notoriously fast healers and can recover from nearly anything in a very short time. They’ve regenerated from disintegration, exploding, having their bodies popped, erased, etc. Because of their regeneration, it’s borderline impossible to put Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda down through brute force alone.
Acausality
Despite erasing his own existence on two separate occasions, Timmy was still able to function as if nothing had changed. In the first instance, he traveled back in time and prevented his parents from ever meeting, effectively undoing his birth. In the second instance, he outright wished that he had never been born. It should be noted that only Timmy is seemingly immune to altering the timeline, Cosmo and Wanda are not, as undoing his birth caused Timmy to lose them in both occasions.
Wish Granting
The fairies bread and butter. As long as it is not against Da Rules, they can pretty much grant you anything you want.
Shapeshifting
In order to not get caught, the fairies can change what they look like at anything in order to hide their identity. The limit to what they can turn into seems to be endless. What we're currently seeing might not even be their true form.
Transmutation
As the fairies most known abilities they can pretty much turn you into anything they can imagine .
Teleportation
Whenever it's a portal or just straight up poofing away, Cosmo and Wanda are capable of teleporting anywhere in the world. This can range from different planets, universes or even in the real world.
Law/Physic/Mathematical Manipulation
Fairies have repeatedly ignored, or outright broken, the laws of physics. They can change planets into plants, gravity into gravy, and even make 2+2 = fish if they really wanted to. In the sequel series, A New Wish, Cosmo and Wanda went as far as altering the very laws of science itself just to get Hazel’s science project to work.
Clairvoyance
Cosmo and Wanda’s wands can gather information about a person or situation.
Elasticity
After wishing to be rubber, Timmy was capable of stretching his body around, plus being able to shapeshift his body into a basketball or trampoline. Since he's made of rubber, things bounce off of him.
Adhesive Manipulation
Since he asked to be rubber, it was only fair to ask for someone to be glue. As a result, Vicky’s body became glue, causing pretty much anything touching her to stick.
Size Manipulation
Timmy can shrink and grow himself or others in size with fairy magic. He can shrink others down to the size of an atom or grow as big as a planet.
Age Manipulation
Cosmo and Wanda can change someone’s age with magic, turning them into a baby, an adult, or even stopping themselves from aging entirely. This was seen in Timmy’s Secret Wish, the…best Fairly Oddparents special? Aw heck nah, which one of you flat foots wrote that?
Duplication
Timmy can create clones of himself, enough to populate an entire planet. However the only way Timmy can undo the wish is getting every clone around the same area. Holy crap, is that a Neon Evangelion reference?
Biology Manipulation
Timmy can alter a person’s biological structure in many ways. He can give kids acne, turn boys into girls and vice versa, switch brains, devolve monsters, etc.
Soul Manipulation
Fairy magic can affect souls. Cosmo and Wanda can also use their magic to banish ghosts in a new wish or turn into one. Interestingly enough, Timmy was also able to touch Wanda when she was a ghost.
Elemental Manipulation
Timmy can create or manipulate the elements with fairy magic.
Weather Manipulation
Timmy once made a wish that his mom was always right about the weather. This in turn causes the weather to change and do anything she says it would do.
Sleep Manipulation
Fairies like Jaundisimo have granted wishes to put others to sleep. Cosmo can also turn into a needle to put others to sleep as well.
Dream Manipulation
Timmy can invade and alter the dreams of people sleeping with magic.
Mind Manipulation
Timmy can use fairy magic to alter minds, allowing him to make people believe, feel, forget, remember, or act however he chooses. Other characters, like Crocker, have also used Wanda’s magic to mind control the entire planet.
Telekinesis
Fairies can use magic to move objects with or without their wands.
Time Manipulation
Cosmo and Wanda can manipulate time in various ways. They can stop time, move forward and backwards through time, and rewind it to undo past events.
Spatial Manipulation
Cosmo made Timmy's room into a desert with a sun. Fairies like Jorgen have merged Timmy and Jimmy’s world into one in Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 2. Cosmo and Wanda also did a similar feat in Fairly Odder…but we don’t talk about that series.
Casualty Manipulation
Fairy magic can alter cause and effect, rewriting reality to make it so an event never happened.
Probability Manipulation
Timmy once wished that he was right about everything. Because of this, everything he said became reality. Because of him, North Dakota and South Dakota have settled their differences and became one big Dakota. Our hero. Oh yeah, he could also use this ability to hurt Francis, make Vicky take a walk into the ocean, and turn others into animals and paintings.
Empathic Manipulation
Timmy can alter people’s feelings and emotions with fairy magic. He can even outright remove all of his emotions at once
Sealing
Fairies can seal basically anything into whatever medium they choose, as seen when Cosmo sealed Timmy’s emotions into a box and Jorgen sealed a ghost into a VHS tape. In Power Mad, Timmy’s wish made it so that he couldn’t wish anyone out of a game unless they beat it.
Invisibility
Timmy can turn invisible to the naked eye. Despite this ability, Timmy can still be detected through echolocation and infrared technology.
Invulnerability
Whether it be through invulnerability spray or just wishing for it, fairy magic can make it so that Timmy can’t get hurt.
Timmy Sense
Cosmo and Wanda can sense when Timmy is in danger and needs their help. They can sense him from interstellar distances and even through different points of time.
Power Amplification
Timmy can wish for powers or enhanced strength. In The Big Superhero Wish, Timmy wishing for the world to be a comic book resulted in granting everyone superpowers. Timmy has also wished his Mom and Dad to become the superpowered Mighty Mom and Dyno Dad a few times.
Power Nullification
Timmy can wish away a person’s strength or superpowers. He demonstrated this by wishing away Shirley’s strength in Jimmy Timmy Power Hour 3, as well as removing the Crimson Chin’s powers in both Chin Up and The Big Superhero Wish.
Illusion
Cosmo and Wanda can create illusions with magic. Timmy can make said illusions scary to frighten others.
Resurrection
The fairies have been shown to revive the dead a few times in the series like with King Arthur or Dark Laser. Cosmo and Wanda can even revive Timmy in games like Enter the Cleft and Breakin Da Rules.
Magic Absorption
Fairies can absorb magic, as demonstrated when Jorgen absorbed the explosion of his Big Bang Bomb and, along with Cosmo, absorbed the magic leaking out of a broken Da Rules book. Cosmo and Wanda also absorbed all of Santa’s magic.
Anti-Magic Bubble
Timmy can wish for a protective forcefield that nullifies magic being used against him. When Remy wished for all godkids to fall asleep in The Big Bash, Timmy was unaffected because of the anti-magic bubble. Interestingly enough, Dr. Crocktopus also used an anti-magic bubble to stop Cosmo and Wanda from using their magic.
Existence Erasure
There are numerous instances where Cosmo and Wanda have used their magic to erase things from existence. In It’s a Wishful Life, Timmy wished that he was never born, a wish that effectively erased his existence. Timmy has also erased magical remotes from existence, Dinkleberg, the day Friday, and in the sequel, A New Wish , Cosmo and Wanda erased all music on Earth and magic itself. In the GBA version of Breakin’ Da Rules, Wanda suggests that wishing for Vicky to have never existed would violate Da Rules, but given the previous examples, this is either an inconsistency or fairies can just grant this kind of wish regardless of what Da Rules say.
Fourth Wall Breaking
Timmy is aware of his status as a cartoon character and can use it to his advantage. He is aware that he was created by Butch Hartman and goes on an adventure with characters from his other series to go save him. Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda are also capable of leaving the comic and can somehow teleport into Butch Hartman’s pencil. Interestingly enough, other characters, like Nega Chin, can enter the real world to beat up their writer.
Text & Plot Manipulation
Cosmo and Wanda’s magic can alter text. This in turn altered the plot of the stories as they were living it. Doing this can also make alterations to the real world as well. If Tom successfully rewrote a physics book, he could’ve turned gravity into gravy and the planet into a plant.
Pretty much anything that doesn’t contradict Da Rules
If it isn’t clear by now, Timmy can essentially do whatever he wants as long as it doesn’t contradict Da Rules...kind of (see the Nicktoons BR for more information). Wish to go to the end of time? Sure. Wish that all meals be desserts? Go for it. Wish for a random meteor that came from the ends of the universe? Why not? Wish for a storm of wild dingoes? Weird one, but you got it chief
Resistances
- Ice Manipulation: Timmy withstood being in cold temperatures that could instantly freeze fire.
- Fire Manipulation: Timmy withstood fire hot enough to reduce his phone to ashes.
- Absorption: Cosmo powered through Crocker’s absorption beams. He only got absorbed when he was distracted.
- Magic (Debatable): Timmy states that “Magic can’t affect Magical items” in Abracatastrophe, which is later proven as Timmy reflected Crocker’s fairy magic with a Magical shield, and deflects/negates Crocker’s other magical abilities with the fairyversary gifts. This is also consistent in other episodes, as Timmy negates Remy’s sleep hax with an anti magic bubble, and in the second JTTPH, Calamitous makes a desk that will negate the effects of the Big Bang Bomb.
Forms
Grim Adventures
Spidermandy
After getting infected with Spiderpox, Mandy started gradually turning into a monstrous spider. While she does become animalistic as time goes on, in the earlier stages she can shoot webs and crawl all over the place.Look out, here comes the Spider-Man(-dy).
Cthulhu Billy
After being recruited by Cthulhu to do prank calls, Billy started turning into a lovecraftian monster. Now with squid lips and a nose which can spawn baby billy cthulhu bats, Billy mostly just sits around in his cushy office job, turning people into lovecraftian monsters via prank calling them.
Possessed Billy
Caused by reading the bad book, Billy now possesses some wicked new robes and hair, he has ectoplasmic aura around him and he can fly. Oh yeah. He’s also devoted to bringing out Yog-Sothoth into the world and turning it into a weird nightmare dimension.
Werewolf Billy
After getting mauled on by Werewolf Moon Men, Billy also became a werewolf. He doesn’t really do anything notable here but in his superhero form he’s a fluffy fluffy boi.
Spirit Animal
Channeling their inner druids, Grim and Billy can conjure up and transform into their very own spirit animals! Though in Billy and Mandy fashion, this just means that Grim can turn into a penguin and Billy turns into fried chicken.
Chicken Ball Z Billy & Mandy
Done by either giving them the chickenball, grim granting the power, or just by powering up, Billy and Mandy became DBZ-eqsue bloodthirsty martial art masters. In this form, their hair grows fire-like, they can fly and they can flex their aura so hard that they destroy the colosseum they were in.
Yogurt Superhero Billy
When Billy wanted to fight the evil empire in a far away galaxy, Grim gave him the powers of his favorite superhero, Captain Heifer. In this form, Billy has super strength, can fly across interstellar distances in seconds, microscopic vision, a yogurt dispenser inside him, and he can shoot out enough yogurt from his armpits to cover most of a planet.
Cheese Reaper & Milk Mandy
In order to fight against the Werewolf moon men, Grim turned himself and Mandy into the Cheese Reaper and Milk Mandy! In this form, Grim and Mandy can also fly over interstellar distances, and Mandy now has a whip and a battleship. Together, they continue to fight against evil aliens all across the galaxy for the sake of man (and dairy) kind.
Human Grim
After getting surgery from the Underworld’s greatest doctors, Grim became human. In this form, while he does lose his powers, he is a hit with the ladies (although immediately after he gets hit by their boyfriends).
Bone of Barnacles Grim
Through the Bone or Barnacles, its selected host turns into the pilot for giant bone armor in which Grim’s skull acts as the shield for. While its pilot in the crossover itself was Numbuh 1 of Kids Next Door fame, Billy or Mandy could hypothetically pilot the armor as well given it was Grim’s doing. The armor wields a giant sword that seemingly causes explosions on contact both normally and with the ‘Super Skeleton Sword Strike’ technique and can also shoot a barrage of bones at its enemies with the ‘Cone of Bone’ technique.
Fairly Oddparents
Cleft the Boy Chin Wonder
Timmy’s superhero alter ego. As Cleft, Timmy gains access to a wide array of gadgets to assist the Crimson Chin in battling villains. This includes a grappling hook, helicopter rotors for flight, a rocket, a boxing glove, a camera, a giant hammer, etc.
Crash Nebula Suit
Timmy can wish for a Crash Nebula suit, which comes equipped with a jetpack and a giant laser that vaporizes enemies.
Galactimus
Timmy once wished he was Galactimus, Eater of Planets. This form is totally not inspired by Galactus and definitely does more than just grow big.
Fairy Timmy
Timmy has wished to become a fairy a few times in the series. Despite this presumably being his most powerful form he isn't that good at using it. Rip bozo.
The Masked Magician
One of Timmy’s other alter egos. Aside from flight and teleportation, there’s really nothing special about this form. Timmy just uses Cosmo and Wanda to pull off magic tricks in public. He looks cool though.
Dark Suit Timmy
A suit given to Timmy by Dark Laser. The suit grants Timmy telekinetic powers and the ability to control other people’s minds.
Turbo Timmy
Another superhero alter ego Timmy can wish for. In this form, Timmy gains flight, super strength, invulnerability, and the ability to hear animals talk.
Turbo Timmy (The One From Wishology)
Another form called Turbo Timmy? Wow. Anyway, in this form, Timmy gains a boost in strength, flight, and…electric armpits. Moving on.
Super Timmy
While not necessarily a transformation in the traditional sense, Timmy using all of his Fairy-versary gifts seemingly gave him a boost in stats, given how he could match blows with Crocker after absorbing Cosmo and Wanda’s powers.
Support
Grim Adventures
Cerberus
Straight from the depths of the Underworld comes Cerberus, Grim’s childhood dog and seemingly the antithesis to the motto of “Man’s best friend”, you’ll see why in a bit. This behemoth of a dog breathes (and pees) fire, and is a ball of canine chaos usually leaving destruction throughout its wake. While initially Grim was terrified of even summoning him due to his unruliness, Mandy was able to tame him instantaneously and used him to get even with Mindy. He can also talk and is a family man-er dog.
Daisy
Coming from an Underworld VHS tape is Daisy, a chupacabra that Billy adopted as a pet. It loves to suck on people’s blood and can even talk!
Triky
A bicycle possessed by a ghost, Triky is fiercely obsessed with Billy and will go to any lengths at anyone who tries to attack him or itself. It’s shown the ability to regenerate from pieces, although if you smash it enough times the ghost will be exorcized from the bike.
Lord Pain
A being from the plane of Happy Ponies Eternal Suffering, Lord Pain originally came to Endsville to be a dedicated servant to his master, the Grim Reaper. Well, that was before he discovered his true master, someone so cruel and vicious, so downright evil-ok yeah it was Mandy, he’s now owned by Mandy. He has his own undead servants, can explode people with electricity and a song that will kill any mortals within its vicinity.
Lord Byron
Famed 19th century poet, Lord Byron came to Billy as an apparition in his mouth in order to school him on how to be cool. He also has a disgusting club foot that he’s been keeping in Billy’s mouth the whole time. Gross.
Admiral Wolverine Lightningbolt
During their trip to Mars, Billy found an animal in which he named only but the three coolest words in the universe, Admiral Wolveriene Lightningbolt. Admiral Wolveriene Lightningbolt (AWL) for short is a loyal pet to the trio, protecting them from a giant alien beetle and loves to eat martian zombies.
Attila the Hun, Rasputin and Abraham Lincoln
When Mandy sucked on Grim’s head, she got Attila the Hun, Rasputin, and Abraham Lincoln to act as her guides. Something of note is that Billy was already able to summon Abraham Lincoln earlier in the series, where he was an absolute unit of a man, carrying packs of logs and zooming like he was Sonic.
Grandmother Bot
A Grandmother bot that Billy programmed (somehow) in order to distract Grim from ruining his plans to wake Mandy up. Don’t let her stature fool you, cause she’s capable of kicking butt once reprogrammed, just ask Billy.
Everyone from Endsville
With the snap of her fingers, Mandy can summon the residents of Endsville and command them to do her bidding, which is usually swarming her opponent. She can do it with every Billy in the city as well.
UNDERFIST
When the world was invaded by Candy monsters from the Underworld, Madam president Mandy knew she can only rely on one team, Underfist! A ragtag group of Monsters, Monster hunters and Skarr who initially had a rough patch with one another but were able to come together as a group to defeat Mindy and her army of trick or treater eaters from ruining Halloween night! Since then, they’ve gone on many adventures such as fighting dinosaurs, astrovampires, the easter bunny, the spider queen and-WAIT WHAT DO YOU MEAN THESE ADVENTURES DIDN’T HAPPEN?!?!?! Here’s a brief rundown of the members down below.
Hoss Delgado: Professional monster hunter and ex-professional bed wetter. He’s the muscle of the group, and armed with a multi-purpose robotic hand and monster truck, it makes him a force to be reckoned with for all of Monsterkind (well, at least for the bad ones). In Punchtime Explosion, he can summon his truck and grabs his junk to start shooting it everywhere, and has synergy with Panini, in which he takes her powder packets and loads it up in his cannon, shooting it all over the battlefield.
Irwin: Billy’s best friend and the obsessive stalker of Mandy. He’s actually revealed to be part vampire and Mummy, and in Underfist he unlocks a form that combines those heritages, giving him super strength, flight and energy projection powers. Neat! He also somehow has the Necronomicon to explode people with, so uh, you better not mess with him, yo!
General Skarr: Former general for Evil Con Carne, he was trying to live a peaceful retired life tending to his garden, before joining the team. Unfortunately for the bad guys he’s still packing a buttload of weaponry and a bloodlust even though he tries his best to refrain from it. He has a giant mech (which immediately falls apart) and in Punchtime Explosion, he appears in his Evil Con Carne get up as an assist trophy, summoning an army of tanks to run you down.
Jeff the Spider: Billy’s spider son that he HATES and an overall chill dude. He’s also become the animator once so he wins every debate according to 2015 comicvine powerscalers, sorry Timmy bros…
Fred Fredberger: Yes. Appears in Punchtime explosion to run around the screen and hit people with frying pans. He can also summon giant nachos to explode you with. Yum!
Assists (Punch Time Explosion)
Ever found yourself in the middle of a losing battle? Well have no fear, when assists are here! These are characters who briefly appear throughout the gameplay of Punch Time Explosion to help you fight your enemies by either doing extra damage to them, or putting out some status effects to trip your enemies up or give you support in combat. Some of these characters even have synergy attacks with our main trio, allowing them to do special combo attacks.
- Johnny Bravo - Barges in on his motorcycle, hitting the opponent, and flexes his muscles. (This assist attack is only available on the 3DS version, since he's a playable character on XL).
- Cheese (Foster's) - Wanders around the arena screaming at the top of his lungs knocking the opponent off when hit. Has a synergy attack with Billy and Mandy where he and Billy run around the screen in an invincible freight train of pure annoyingness.
- Coco (Foster's) - He lays eggs containing items the player can use to his or her advantage for a brief set of time.
- Dee Dee (Dexter's Lab) - She dances around the arena, knocking the opponent off when hit.
- Dracula (Billy and Mandy) - He starts a dance party, making the opponent dance thus distracting it. Just watch out for the disco ball.
- Eduardo (Foster's) - He runs around the arena, knocking the opponent off when hit.
- Fuzzy Lumpkins (Powerpuff Girls) - He shoots the opponent with his meat gun turning them into meat, and giving the player an opportunity to hurt or throw him/her off the arena.
- Gazpacho (Chowder) - He throws out pickles from his barrel all around the screen, healing the player and/or the opponent.
- Kevin Levin (Ben 10: Ultimate Alien) - He does attacks in the place he is summoned.
- Gwen Tennyson (Ben 10: Ultimate Alien) - Shields the character that summons her
- Madame Foster (Foster's) - She brings in a stampede Imaginary Friends, damaging foes. Only on PTE XL.
- Major Glory (Dexter's Lab) - Freezes other characters and flies away.
- Mandark (Dexter's Lab) - Goes around shooting lasers
- Mung Daal (Chowder) - He tips over and leaves food that can heal the player or opponent. Grim has a synergy move with him where grim mixes Daal’s pot with his scythe, causing green skulls to roam out of it, damaging any enemies in its vicinity.
- Numbuh 4 (Kids Next Door) - He does a series of punches and kicks, hurting the opponent when hit. Only on PTE XL.
- Panini (Chowder) - She latches on to a random character that reverses their controls.
- Schnitzel (Chowder) - When hit he'll wobble in place and cause damage (like Wobbuffet From Smash Melee And Brawl)
- Stickybeard ( Kids Next Door) - brings in a giant cannon, hurting the player or opponent right off the bat, and then fires the cannon, hurting the player/opponent even more.
- Val Hallen (Dexter's Lab) - Fires lightning his guitar everywhere
- Vreedle Brothers (Ben 10: Ultimate Alien) - Fire their guns all over the screen hurting everyone, including both the player and the opponent.
- Peppermint Larry and his Candy Wife (Flapjack) - They just stand there. But when hit, Candy Wife loses one of her parts, which heals the player if used and the odd couple moves somewhere else, until they disappear with Larry saying "Let's get outta here, Candy Wife".
Fairly OddParents
Jorgen Von Strangle
Yep, the head honcho of Fairies himself. While he has tried to outright kill Timmy on some occasions, Timmy can just wish for him, call him by name, or have him be a temporary fairy in case Cosmo and Wanda can’t fill it. He’s the only fairy allowed to alter Da Rules, such as the time he made Antifairies visible, wipe memories, can power null fairies and anti fairies by commanding it, rip through reality, grant rule free wishes, and can summon all of fairy world if needed.
The son of Cosmo and Wanda, Peri was the first fairy baby to be born in over an millenia, which initially caused everyone, from Jorgen to the antifaires, to try and get his raw power for their own needs. While he was initially inexperienced with using his magical powers, such as the time he turned nearly everyone in Dimmsdale into chickens when he was sick, he was able to eventually learn to control them through learning at spellamentary school and his occasional battles with his antifairy counterpart, Irep.
Sparky
No family’s complete without a dog, especially not a magical talking dog. Sparky was formerly one of Fairy world’s most unwanted pets, he was adopted by Timmy and the gang and practically became a second Cosmo there, well until he had to return to his home planet at the end of the season. He shares the same voice actor as Snaptrap from Tuff Puppy, which is sort of cool.
Cupid
The guardian of love, while Timmy and Cupid haven’t had the…best of times together (Timmy nearly killed the guy), he can still rely on him in times of need. Cupid comes with his bow and arrow which make people fall in love with the first thing they see, has his own army of cherubs, and can also grant rule free wishes for 30 seconds. Between this and the Aladdin joke, I don’t know what the writing team for FOP was cooking up back in the day.
Mark Chang
The prince of Yugoplatamia, and Timmy’s cool alien friend. He loves eating trash, Vicky, and hates sweets. He has a goo gun, a planet destroying missile, a device used to disguise himself as a human, holographic devices, his own ship to cruise across the cosmos, and has farts potent enough to kill birds…. moving on now.
Crimson chin
Watch out evil doers, here comes the Crimson Chin! Either bitten in the chin by a radioactive actor or just a superman expy prior to the lawsuit, the Crimson Chin is Timmy’s favorite superhero and he regularly goes on adventures with him as Cleft (as seen in the Forms section.) Timmy can summon every variant of the Crimson Chin across his comic book history if need be, like how he did against Nega chin and his cronies.
Anti Cosmo
The leader of the anti fairies and Cosmo’s evil and way smarter anti fairy equivalent. While normally Timmy’s adversary, Timmy could summon him to make wishes that bypass Da Rules entirely, although Timmy can’t rely on him too much or else Jorgen will take his fairies for not meeting the miserability quota.
All of fairy world
Yep. When things are very dire, Timmy can just summon every fairy in fairy world at a whim, such as the time Cosmo summoned every fairy in the universe to be at his very own Cosmo-Con! The amount of overall fairies vary throughout the series from 8000 to a million, but given that in the previously mentioned episode “Cosmo Con” Wanda can use a microphone to reach out to every fairy there, and the fact that Timmy can summon the previously aforementioned Jorgen, it's safe to say that Timmy could theoretically use them to his benefit.

Weaknesses
Grim Adventures
With the powers of Grim and the cunning callousness of Mandy, one might assume this trio is unstoppable…but they’re far from it. The trio will fight one another when it comes to getting powerful items such as the Universal Remote control and Apple of Discord.
In specifics, Grim is not really the best at holding the scythe, even losing it to a turkey sandwich, and by the end of the series has straight-up left conflicts before his scythe was taken out of his hands in any way. His scythe has a battery life, cannot work on objects with too much life on them, and will not work if its metal part is broken. This is an immense detriment to Grim as it's constantly repeated and shown in the series that Grim is powerless without the scythe. Mandy has been prone to being manipulated by people “lucky” enough to be her friends, such as Eris and Pandora, and Billy’s… uh, Billy, do I really need to explain anything for him?
Fairly Odd Parents
How do you limit someone that can do basically anything they want to do? Make them a complete idiot. Jokes aside, while Timmy may not be a complete idiot and has proven himself to be quite clever on several occasions, he can be pretty arrogant and impatient if he doesn’t take the situation seriously, and this mindset sometimes leads to him making irresponsible wishes that get out of control. Cosmo and Wanda usually can’t use their magic without their wands (although there are some instances where they clearly can) and their magic can be negated if they’re caught inside of a butterfly net. Besides that, the wands can run out of magic if overused, and Cosmo and Wanda don’t have the best track record with keeping their wands on them throughout the show. Cosmo and Wanda also don’t tend to grant wishes that are normally against Da Rules, although there are some exceptions (Again, see the Nicktoons BR for more information).
Before the verdicts
The Grim Adventures Of COSMOLOGY YAP!
Through the many grim adventures the trio have gone through, it's no surprise that they're no stranger to the existence of alternate dimensions. Like the times Grim constantly opens up portals to places he refers to as different dimensions such as Cthulhu's realm, multiple afterlifes, the many dimensions Billy travelled to using Grim's ink pen and the realm of eternal suffering happy ponies as mentioned by Lord Pain. However to be frank, none of these mentioned places are that important to mention given they have no actual statement of being the size of a universe. Although.. There is a certain place that's just so absurd, it HAD to be mentioned that being..
The Shadow World, it is a place that completely mirrors the main universe and is the source of where one's shadow comes from. At a MINIMUM, one of the workers in the shadow world states that the shadow world houses a door containing the gateway to a “gillion” number of parallel universes and a “gillion” number of Billy's. Solidly putting their cosmology at Multiversal. But that's just the minimum given it's only a single door, as at the beginning of the episode Grim states that the shadow world intersects an infinite number of doors to parallel universes, each different from others. This is as blatant as it can get, putting the Grim verse solidly at Multiversal+. Now, does the main cast scale to this? Well..
Billy and Mandy vs The Tiering System
Over the years Billy and Mandy have gotten a reputation in the versus community due to their abundance of higher tier feats in which they crack the universe or go fast enough to travel to different dimensions. However, every higher tier feat in the series actually has major caveats to it which makes it either non scalable to the cast or not much of a feat in the first place. Today we will be diving into these feats, from the most obscure to the most prominent one, to discuss their invalidity to the stats of the cast.
Feat#1: Mandy Breaks the Cosmic Egg. (“Double Neggative”)
Why it's Inapplicable: The comic ends before we can even fully see the effects of the cosmic egg. We don’t know if Mandy either survived it or got destroyed and reset as Grim states that's what the egg will do once broken.
Feat#2: Abraham Lincoln appearing in multiple places at once. (Educating Grim)
Why it's Inapplicable: Now YMMV on appearing multiple places at once feats, but if you do buy it as infinite speed, then this one should check out. It’s not afterimages since we see Abraham literally working on multiple parts of the house at the same time with the construction noises and all, and the whole bit is on how strong and fast Abraham is. Scaling to the feat is a whole other discussion though, as it's shown that none of the main cast can physically keep up with Lincoln in this episode. The scene before the feat shows Billy and Irwin struggle to lift a log Lincoln was casually carrying and Mandy just watched Abraham do said feat and nothing else. Future scaling doesn’t really work either because this is the only appearance of Buff Lincoln in the show, as the next appearance of Lincoln (“Runaway Pants”) shows him as a frail old man (and the episode was a tall tale in-verse) and his last appearance in the show was him as a ghost at the end of “Ecto-Cooler”.
Feat#3: John Henry tunnels to a different dimension. (“Short Tall Tales”)
Why it's Inapplicable: While the feat itself is good, with Grim even stating he tunnelled so fast he rocked to the eighth dimension, the problem is that it was done via John Henry going faster than the machine that Grim amped, making it impossible to scale Grim and any others to it. It's also later revealed that the story itself was just made up as shown in the ending where Mandy called Grim out on its bogusness and Grim reveals that they were faked. The only story that came true at the end was the Billy the Kid one, which was a completely separate story told in the episode from the John Henry one.
Feat#3: Mandy growing to the realm of the Infinite (The Incredible Shrinking Mandy)
Why it's Inapplicable: Oh, this feat. While on paper this feat looks like a solid cosmic feat, looking under the surface reveals a lot of issues with the feat in nearly every conceivable way. The biggest application for this feat is Infinite Speed based on Mandy growing to the realm of the infinite, but this isn’t a feat for a simple reason, the realm of the infinite is not an infinite space. Let’s take a look at the statement for a second.
“Welcome to the realm of the Infinite. Here we all are growing at an infinite pace, and therefore are Condemned to spend eternity together. Until y'all outgrow the entire universe.”
See the problem? The “infinite” refers to the fact that these people will continue to constantly grow and grow endlessly until they outgrow everything, not the fact that the realm itself is an infinite sized one. This growth feat wouldn’t really get anywhere for speed either because its constantly stated that it would take an eternity to outgrow the universe by Mandy and the hyperintelligent lifeforms, and Billy and Mandy don’t show or give any indication for an infinite sized universe so it would be useless as a speed feat. Now there are arguments for Mandy leaving the observable universe probably getting MFTL+ speeds but the problem with it is that there’s no timeframe for Mandy entering the realm of the infinite. She clearly stops growing before there’s a cut to her entering into the realm, meaning that she grew an unquantifiable amount of times before she entered it, since Mandy’s growth in the episode is her getting bigger, stopping and then growing. Mandy outgrowing the entire Universe would be good as a feat… but it's a blatant overtime feat and it's treated as an event which will kill everyone, as Grim and Mandy so eloquently put it.
“Grim: oh, well, it's called "delayed-spell craziness." It's a mathe-magic feat that delays a spell's effect by up to several days. I'm afraid you're going to grow and grow and grow until you outgrow the entire universe.
Feat #5: Mandy’s smile breaks the Universe (“My Fair Mandy”)
The Billy and Mandy feat. You’ve probably seen this feat plastered around as one of CN’s strongest feats even outside this small bubble of a community, and yeah it's too blatant to really argue against in our team’s opinion. Now scaling to it is a whole other story, as the team was split into two camps.
Why the Cast Scales:
Probably the most controversial feat among the verse and has been highly contested along these years, however I do find the feat to be acceptable for use for the series and here's why. First and foremost, yes, reality is blatantly being torn apart as not only stated by Grim but also by the actual game manual saying that Mandy's smile quite literally tears apart the fabric of the universe. Secondly, it showing off hax properties doesn't really disprove of the feat being a massive cosmic level threat, Mandy is still actively generating that amount of power with her smile even sending out shockwaves that shake reality, leaving it as nothing but a white void before being recreated with Grim, Billy & Irwin being at the center of it, proving this is the fact that in the game where she uses it as a super move, it actively causes physical damage to the opponent and it being a "one shot" move is simply a form of game mechanic, as every super move in that game is a one shot so either way you'd be implying that the characters are actively dishing out the same kind of level of power as Mandy's smile and it being hax is simply a result of the natural order not being able to balance itself causing a weird distortion. Grim not being sure he'd survive also doesn't really prove anything, he's just wrong on his claim and does clearly survive it with no issue. Overall, again, as highly contested as this feat is, I believe it's fine, putting the Grim co at least at Universe+ level in terms of power and durability.
Why the Cast doesn’t scale:
While the smile itself is ripping apart the universe, it's a standard case of environmental destruction rather than a feat applicable for AP. For starters, none of the characters are actually hurt by the waves of light produced by the feat, but rather are just affected by the smile’s haxes, as shown with Mindy, the Principal, and the pirate judge. Now, one could argue that Grim, Billy and Irwin withstanding everything turning to white with Grim’s statement of “reality is falling apart” being a Universal durability feat, but the fact that their colors merely fade away, the aforementioned fact of the smile not physically harming people, and the trippy sequence and PPG ending makes it seem like a case of dimensional travel or BFR rather than anything physical. This is supported via the description of the Smile in the game manual (in which the game had involvement from Maxwell Atoms) as tearing the fabric of the universe, which is the same thing Grim’s scythe is doing when it opens portals. Plus that smile is treated as an apocalyptic threat in the show, with Grim being terrified at what's happening, so it would be really weird to say that Grim and co could survive it no issues, especially with its later appearance in the Video Game having it be a Mojo Meltdown (an Super move only done by collecting enough Mojo power) which instakills only helps solidify it as an attack far above the main cast in physicals.
Applicable for Scaling - Ame, Morta, Spidey
Inapplicable for Scaling - Monev, Sand
Indecisive - Epic, WAIH
The Fairly Odd Cosmology
As Nick’s second longest running cartoon, Timmy and co have been in various locations, including alternate universes as most prominently shown in the Power Hour specials. That does beg the question of exactly how big is the show’s multiverse? Does it only contain just Timmy and Jimmy’s worlds or are there tons of unseen worlds, and most importantly, would it even matter for scaling? Well, there’s only really one way to find out the answers to all these questions, so come join me in this deep dive into this Fairly Odd Cosmology (see what I did there with the title?)
So let’s start off with what we see in the main show itself, where we do see some alternate dimensions mentioned, such as the alternate dimension Irep tried to send Peri to, a dimension where unwished wishes go to called Hocus Pocus, and hell the dimension of kids who unwished themselves go to. Then there’s the aforementioned world of Jimmy Neutron, as shown within the crossover specials as their own different dimension. There are also the Yolkian and Ragis 5 dimensions briefly shown within Jimmy’s interdimensional portal machine in JTPH 3. Going further into Jimmy’s show reveals more alternate dimensions, as Jimmy and the crew accidentally get sucked into an alternate dimension due to Cindy tampering with Jimmy’s machine in the episode “Vanishing Act”. While stuck in this dimension, there’s a section of it which overlaps with its neighboring dimensions which appear in the form of portals. In these portals there are additional dimensions revealed, a world made of pastrami, a world of dinosaurs and a world full of mimes. Going over into Jimmy’s extended media reveals several other dimensions, as Jimmy has to face Jimmy Negatron, an evil version of Jimmy from another dimension, a dimension full of weird monsters and creatures Hugh accidentally stumbled upon while using Jimmy’s wormhole generator, and The maths and quantum dimension, a mysterious world which Jimmy had to travel to in the GBA version of the Jimmy Negatron game.
Now going back to Timmy’s world, the Nickelodeon Magazines actually reveal some interesting information. In the comic “Escape from Earth-L”, Timmy travels to the world of Earth-L comics in order to find out what happens in the third issue. Now, while it just seems like it's just Timmy entering into the world of a comic book, the ending shows that it's actually a real world, as Timmy gets transported to Earth-Q when he specifically wished to get out of the comic book , showing that the multiverse is real since he started off (or at least is implied to) on Earth-A in the beginning of the story. Given the alphabetical structure of the Earth’s nomenclature, and the fact that we see worlds we never travel to in the story such as Earth-B,C,etc, it's safe to assume that it travels all the way to Earth-Z. We’re not done here yet, as there’s a Jimmy Timmy crossover comic we need to talk about first with some huge multiversal ramifications.
In the comic “Dimension Intervention”, it's revealed that Jimmy and Timmy share a multiverse with the other Nickelodeon shows such as Avatar, Invader Zim, Rugrats, Spongebob, etc. Now, as stated all the way back in the beginning, we won’t be using cross scaling to argue Timmy scales to these shows' cosmologies or whatever, but it should be fair to count the shows that appear here as their own separate universes as shown in the comic. So, the shows that appear in the comic are Danny Phantom, Avatar, MLAATR, Rugrats, AHH Real Monsters, Wild Thornberrys, Chalkzone, Catscratch, Angry beavers, The X’s, Invader Zim and SpongeBob SquarePants. Last but not least is Bunsen is a Beast, the last of Butch’s nickelodeon shows and while not a separate universe from Timmy’s world, Bunsen’s house holds an interdimensional portal to a place called Spider World as revealed in the crossover episode “Beast of Friends” so if you want to count that as a universe there ya go ig.
So in total we have about 51-52 universes depending on if you take the spider world as an universe or not, which is a pretty decent amount of universes for a franchise to have. Now how do the cast scale to these universes? Well, it’s all thanks to the punch that Cosmo did in Abracatastrophe, which was confirmed to affect the multiverse by the head storyboarder of the special, John F. Fountain. While the fact that it comes from a twitter statement might be a little uneasy for some people to get into, I think he’s pretty blatant about it affecting the multiverse, as he replies to the “creating a whole new multiverse” enthusiastically and even states that they did it before it was cool, referring to the whole multiverse trend prevalent in the media at the time and showing he’s clearly referring to it affecting the multiverse and not mistaking it for just an universe. This type of feat is also consistent, as the newest Nicktoons game has the Nickelodeon multiverse get tangled up thanks to the combination of the magical die and Cosmo and Wanda’s magic. Stats
We have a lot to cover in this matchup, so we’ll split down the debate in five simple parts.
First, let’s talk about Stats. On the Attack potency side, our trios seem to reach the same general tiers of strength at the start, with both trios displaying more various planetary to star level feats, but things start to change when we get into their higher end arguments. At the highest, Team Grim gets debatably Uni+ with the Smile feat, and could either vaguely upscale or double that value via their various super forms or power ups such as Double Damage. Meanwhile, Team Timmy has more a clear cut uni feat with Cosmo helping to hold the Da Rules together, and can even breach into 51xUni with Cosmo affecting the entire multiverse with his punch, making Team Timmy easily take strength in spades.
In terms of Speed, both of them generally reach high into MFTL+ tier, with the Mandy moon throw and Jimmy neutron scaling netting them both into Billions c at the least, but the highest measurable ends go into Quads c with Super Billy’s galaxy travel netting 2.3 Quads c, but the Darkness’ feat getting 29-37.8 Quads c, over a 10 times difference between the groups.
(Note: Going into the Infinite/Immeasurable ends for both teams massively favors Team Timmy, as Team Grim’s feats for Infinite/Immeasurable ends are dubious at best, compared to Team Timmy’s feats of sucking up their universe, which has statements of being infinite, or breaking through the comic panel with pure speed alone and such.)
So no matter what, Team Timmy takes the edge in stats. But while Team Timmy could bust Team Grim’s head open like a gourd, it isn't as simple as that which brings us to our next point..
Arsenal/Support/Abilities and Wincons
Despite Timmy holding a pretty solid edge in physical stats, it's no surprise that a simple statstomp isn't anywhere enough to take both of these trios down given both can regenerate from most physical damage and can simply undo one's death if needed. (Timmy with the Fairies' wand and Grim with the hourglasses) Now this means that we can get into the bulk of the debate, who has the better arsenal, support and abilities.
First, let’s talk about Arsenal, which would go to Timmy. As while Grim, Billy and Mandy outdwarf the trio in terms of their quantity of more conventional weapons such as guns, swords, etc, Team Timmy clearly has the edge due to their sheer abundance in Magical items and how versatile they can be. A regular wand can replicate anything that team grim’s items can do and Timmy has access to backup emergency wands, wishing stars, magical lemonade, mega fizzy juice, and heck even stuff that bypasses Da Rules like anti fairy wands and the Magical Muffin.
(Note: Team Grim does have magical items as well like Thromnabular, Grim Toys, the Scythes, Apple of Discord, etc, but not only do they not really have the best experience in using some of these items (The only thing they did of note with the Apple of Discord was incap each other with transmutation), some of these items are also limited with their magic (Thromnabular only giving one wish per person) and Timmy has access to the Fairyversary gifts and the Anti Magic Bubble which negates Magic entirely.)
Support is in a sort of similar category, as Team Grim would have a far better, more cohesive group given that Mandy practically controls them all but Timmy would have the better support in both numbers and in what they can do. Sure, summoning all of endsville in a snap or people like Lord Pain, Hoss Delgado, or Gwen Tennyson is busted, but being able to summon characters who can change Da Rules in a snap, grant rule free wishes, have planet destroying weaponry, warp reality with a storybook, and summon millions of other fairies, cherubs and antifairies alike? It’s a no-brainer who takes this category.
Saving the best for last comes in abilities. Now this category seems pretty much even initially, with the scythe’s magic and fairy magic being able to do a lot of the same things (Transmutation, Time travel, Memory wiping, etc). However, upon a closer inspection, it actually seems that Team Timmy can counter out nearly all of Team Grim’s options. Grim touches Timmy, or the Wands with his death manip? Cosmo and Wanda could just revive him no issue, and they have plenty of backup wands to use. Mandy uses mind control? Timmy can just snap Cosmo and Wanda out of it with the mega fizzy drink, or wish they weren’t mind controlled. Possess Cosmo and Wanda? Timmy can wish for them to become unpossessed. Use the Hourglasses to age Timmy out of having Cosmo and Wanda or erase them from existence? Cosmo and Wanda could age Timmy back, and Timmy’s acasuality would make him unaffected.
(Note: While Cosmo and Wanda wouldn’t remember Timmy if he were erased from existence via being unborn, the items Timmy has wished for were unaffected by timeline altering shenanigans in prior episodes, so he would still have access to them.)
Even considering their most powerful options, Mandy’s Smile and Horror’s Hand, wouldn’t help them beat Timmy and co. Horror’s Hand can be countered through Timmy just using his magical items (which are resistant to the type of reality warping and transmutation the Horror’s Hand displays) to wish the Hand didn’t work or Cosmo and Wanda wishing him to be fearless, and Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda could just simply wish that Mandy stopped smiling to end its effects. The only two abilities Timmy and co wouldn’t have a counter to would be Mandy’s time stop and the Mojo Balls’ madness manipulation, but both of those would be far from the first options Team Grim would use and do require setup in order to properly do.
Meanwhile, Team Timmy has too many options they can use that Team Grim doesn’t resist. Timmy can simply wish Grim’s powers away or wish an anti magic bubble around either Grim or himself to nullify Grim’s magic, wish Team Grim forgot why they were fighting in the first place, or heck even erase them from existence, incap Grim by turning the scythe into a giant snake, which are all within Da Rules jurisdictions. With the Magic muffin or even Anti Magic wands he could just wish that Grim was his godparent or just wish Billy and Mandy instantly die if he was ruthless enough. Even without magic, Timmy can use the Dark Suit to take control of the scythe or anyone from Team Grim within a moment's notice, or use his sleep watch to incap them. It’s just too much to handle and thus Team Timmy takes Abilities.
Tertiary Factors
Now, this category might seem like a non factor in this battle due to both teams going through similar adventures throughout their show’s runs, but that’s actually far from the case here. First let’s talk about skill, which should go into Team Grim’s court just for Mandy alone. Sure, Timmy has wished to be super skilled and intelligent in the past but just by herself Mandy has casually owned over several organizations, reprogrammed alien robots, stopped dictator groups from taking over endsville and most importantly managed to sneak her way to being the head of the KND organization. Heck, Grim and yes, even Billy aren’t that far behind with their feats of reprogramming or even creating robots and Billy becoming a top agent for the FBI.
However, knowing is half the battle, and unfortunately for Team Grim, they’re not looking so hot when it comes to the experience section. Sure, Grim has been reaping souls and digging holes ever since the stone age, but that was when he first started. Meanwhile, that was around the same time they got their first godchild, meaning they would have had to have already gone through years of Fairy Academy to even become official Fairy Godparents in the first place, so they get an edge in terms of years. Furthermore,Timmy and co have both seen and dealt with various evil fairies, evil godkids, and magical creatures in the past whereas Grim and co have never successfully dealt with magical creatures as powerful as Grim, often needing someone else to save them first. In two separate episodes Grim and co had to be saved by Billy’s Dad of all people when a magical creature took away Grim’s powers (“Billy Idiot” and “The Show That Dare Not Speak Its Name”).
(Note: One could point toward the Comic of Mandy Tricking Father Time and causing time to be stopped as a way to add more experience. However, Mandy and co accidentally put themselves in a time loop within the story and didn’t do anything of note while in the loop itself. Additionally, in Billy and Mandy’s SSCW tie-in, Grim and Mandy explicitly couldn’t stop a robot fusion sent to their universe that negated Grim’s powers, needing an underworld therapist and Billy’s friendship with the Robot to help subdue it.)
So while Team Grim does take skill, Team Timmy takes experience in spades, which is more the more important factor here given they’re facing characters similar to those they have faced before, and would therefore have an easier time knowing what to do as compared to Team Grim having poor showings against creatures such as Cosmo and Wanda.
Teamwork
Our last category in this battle is teamwork. Stats, Haxes, Skills, etc are important but if you don’t have the coordination to focus as a team then at that point you’ll do a lot more harm to your own team than you would do against your opponents. In the case of this match though, this category should go to Team Timmy, due to them actually being a family. Despite all the flanderization, Timmy, Cosmo, and Wanda very clearly love one another and will do anything to help protect each other in combat, which’ll go a long way in this fight. If Timmy’s killed in combat? Cosmo and Wanda will revive him in no time. Cosmo and Wanda taken out? Timmy can use the Magic Muffin, Magical Lemonade, or Magical Fizzy Drinks to make me better than ever. This, however, cannot be said for Team Grim, as while the trio do care for each other, they will actively let each other die/trapped if it means saving their own skins or getting rid of the other, as seen in multiple episodes involving Billy (“A Kick in the Asgard”,”Brown Evil”, “Super Zero”, and “Big Trouble in Billy’s Basement”), Mandy (“The Halls of Time”, “Prank Call of Cthulhu”, and “Wishbones”) and heck even Grim on an occasion (“A Dumb Wish.”). So practically if one of them goes down (like Billy), chances are that they’re not really getting revived until like after the battle’s over or so, which while getting rid of someone like Billy at the moment certainly isn’t a bad thing, the lack of numbers can really catch up to the Trio in the long run, especially if they take accidentally take someone like Mandy or Grim out first. In addition, Team Grim will fight with each other over control of items such as the Apple of Discord, Horror’s Hand or even the Scythe, in which the first example turned all of them into a fused Cronenberg creature within the episode. Conclusion
In the battle between these two Magical trios, it seems that Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda pulled through due to their superior stats, teamwork, experience and overall better magical abilities. While they did put up a tough fight, it seems like Billy and Mandy’s chances of survival were fairly grim. The Winners are Timmy, Cosmo and Wanda.
