Spidey's Top 10 Favorite MUs and why he likes it (Birthday Special)

Sup,been a while eh well a special news here is today is my birthday and for my special day I will be posting my Top 10 Favorite MUs to celebrate my B-Day.

10: Grim Adventures vs Fairly Oddparents

Going into this at first I prefer Timmy vs Johnny due to thinking their similar enough and fun enough banter but after preferring a MU for Johnny (You’ll see in the list below) I looked inyo this MU and surprise surprise I was hooked. GA is in my top 3 fav CN shows of all time and I really enjoyed Fairly Odd Parents, the dynamic of Grim’s scythe vs the fairy’s wand and interactions between Billy and Cosmo would be absolutely peak. I'm also currently doing a blog on it soon so be ready.

9: AVGN vs Nostalgia Critic

Angry Video Game Nerd is one of my favorite youtube series and I would love for him to be on the show, and my preference for him couldn’t be more obvious. Despite some stuff going on in Channel Awesome I do like Nostalgia Critic a bit. This Mu is a huge classic. It would be a cool fight to see though unfortunately I doubt it could happen but hey man can dream. 

8: Lizard vs Man-Bat

Funny enough at the time this wasn’t my preferred MU of the two, (Birikin for Lizard and Morbius for Man-Bat) but now researching Lizard and looking into Man-Bat I’ve started to become very hooked into the match. It also helps since you can have the story of the fight having both Conners and Kurt be evil mutated monsters but one of them win with a sadden look of shame for what they’ve done to each other which would be a cool way to end a phenomenal MU. It’s my 3rd fav MvsDC MU that hasn’t happened yet. I’ll share the other two below as we continue the list

7: Johnny Test vs Kick Buttwoski

While I wasn’t as big on it as before since I’ve never watched kick and had a guilty huge enjoyment in Johnny Test watch a few eps of Kick Buttwoski made me appreciate the MU a lot. While I can understand the hesitances in the MU due to Kick’s limited arsenal against Johnny’s numerical gadget from host sisters given how adapt Kick  is to danger would give him a lot ways to make his battle against Johnny a lot fun. Kick even has mechs on his own to clash with Johnny’s. I also think the idea of Kick keeping up with Super Johnny extremely funny fight wise. Johnny Test is also a series I’d like to see on the show soon funnily enough since he has a lot of eps and gadgets to cover for fun.

6: Finn and Jake vs Mordecai and Rigby 

Was really into this one because i always wanna see an Adventure Time/Regular Show crossover (it came a reality in the comics) plus Adventure Time and especially Regular Show  in death battle featuring two of the best characters in of those those shows are an A plus in my book. Regular show is my 2nd fav CN show and I love adventure time rewatching the series recently. It’s an all around really fun mu that I hope becomes a reality some day.

5: Donald vs Daffy

Really classic MU that I lowkey enjoy more than Mickey vs Bugs but mainly because I enjoy these characters more especially Donald. It’s my fav toon force MU as of now and the off to balls banter between these two of Donald’s anger vs Daffy’s craziness combined with multiple fun ways to make this fight entertaining.  

4: Spider-Man vs Blue Beetle (Peter vs Ted)

Peter Parker is my favorite character of all time and I really would love to see a fun runback option that isn’t a Batman runback at least and I think this is definitely my favorite one rn. Ted being based on Peter and created by Ditko definitely helps the MUs case. You can have a decent gadgetry battle with Pete and Ted without going too off the walls (like giving Peter suits n stuff) and pretty gives the best connections for Pete Imo. Ted is a really fun character and it would be cool to look into DC’s less popular street heroes. I also would love the killing blow to be either Pete or Ted trying their own  best to hold a huge rock off of each other to prove who’s stronger only for one of them to get squished by said impact while the stronger one throws the rock away and leaves the battle respecting his opponent. I want the ending climax to be pretty much this (seen below)

 I think it could be pretty cool. Sadly Ted being a D lister character nowadays iirc hurts the MUs chances. (Tho that doesn’t stop me from pushing it) overall my second fav MvsDC that hasn’t happened and my favorite runback option for Peter

3: Mysterio vs Scarecow

This is my favorite MvDC idea between two illusionary weapons characters. Now despite them being known for their illusionary equipment they have a lot more stuff (drones for both ray guns for Mysterio etc) the reason this is my most wanted MvDC mu is mainly due to how unique it would be for a street tier fight with both characters who mainly aren’t known for being huge fighters but have really cool weapons/abilities to make the fun really fun with their huge loads of weapons and even having drones themselves would be pretty raw. And for the illusions stuff I’d save for the final killing blow with finally killing each other until realizing their in some type of illusion. For Mysterio’s case I would like to see a ending of his be with Scarecrow finally breaking Mysterio’s helmet making him breathe the toxins as he dies from them. As Scarecrow laughs the screen cuts to black as Mysterio is seen in the theatre telling us what happened and we see Scarecrow’s decomposed body as he explains what he done to him. I think it would be a pretty cool way for a Mysterio win. For Scarecrow  however let it be Mysterio finally killing Scarecrow as he realizes the fear toxin has passed through him as you can hear laughter coming from Scarecrow as he goes behind Mysterio and chops his head off pure Grim Reaper Style m. Overall I think this MU has a lot potential (also potential army fight 😉).

2: King K Rool vs King Pig

This is a MU I’m very obsessed about since I made a blog on it and got great reception. This mu imo has pretty much what you’d typically want for a K Rool MU with them being greedy evil green kings with a big hate boner for an animal family and has an island of their own. Since K Rool has a lot of different kremlings on his side alongside a huge loads of pigs for King Pig an army fight seems pretty appropriate for these two. I’d like the fight to be K Rool and King Pig finally getting the crystal coconut/eggs until they bump into each other dropping them with DK and crew and the angry birds making K Rool and King pig blame it on each other causing them to call out their army against each other over something very petty. There some criticism against the mu with King Pig having no arms to fight K Rool which you can make work by having the minion pigs create a mech for King Pig to fight K Rool with since the pigs are very loyal to KP himself they’ll do a lot to support him. I really love this mu since K Rool is my Mario song villain and I grew up on Angry Birdsas a whole and this is one of the only MUs atm that I like for it that is possibly likely. 

Honorable mentions

Agent Venom vs Armstrong 

A pretty fun matchup between a symbiote user vs Armstrong with nanomachines. Plus I wanna see Armstrong duke it out with Flash as a symbiote dragon as anti venom. Pretty sick stuff

Zim vs Crypto

I mean come on Invader Zim in death battle against the badass that is Crypto. Neato love both series and def my preferred for both. (If only Zim won tho it would be even fucking peaker)

Krypto vs Underdog 

Another one of my childhood MUs between dogs huh? Cool! I just think this one is fun no reason 

Now time for number one

1: Gex vs Bubsy

Like come on who wouldn’t have seen this coming. This is my all time favorite MU and the one I always love to glaze. It’s a simple yet funny mu between two chatterboxing 4th wall breakers that love to quip and honestly even tho I don’t like eps like DO vs Pinkie I think a off to wall 4th wall breaking MU like this would be fucking cool and very fitting for both of these characters. Gex is a character I been wanting on the show since season 3. I want him to get some love since he hasn’t been gotten any new content and Bubsy is pretty much my fave for him. I understand Bubsy is very hated but honestly he’s a pretty so bad he’s good character that I can’t hate him especially since I view him more of a jokey platforner character that loves to pull out wacky puns. I enjoyed Gex back in the day when I was young 5 yr old and my older brother used to turn on the ps2 on for me to play it and I adore him a lot. And I enjoyed Bubsy not of himself but believe it or not through YTPs. It’s a very special to me I write both a script and helped on a blog for it. What I like about at all is just its simple haha fun and that’s what the enjoyment is for me.  Hopefully this MU happens one day and it definitely will since the team really seem to like it which is nice.

I just wanna say sorry for all the wait for other blogs. I’ve been trying to keep the pace up. But don’t worry Malebolgia vs Mephisto which is a duo blog between me and a friend Cardinal (and tiny spoiler we’re doing another duo blog after this too) coming this week soon and I’m currently going through one of my char blogs.
